Soldo is a great tool for managing micro (and not so micro) spending in companies of any size! I appreciate all the integrations they have in place which makes accounting workflows extremely seamless and free of errors. All my stakeholders are pleased with the experience of using a virtual card, and attaching receipts and categorizing expenses is so easy that everyone does it, by lowering the workload of the accounting department and increasing the quality of our reports exponentially, without any effort or delay. There are other alternatives of course, but Soldo has a big differentiation: their Customer Success is really involved in helping you and your team along the whole journey, it is so easy to get a response in time, even their AI bot is so well trained and gets all the details of any queries so you can self serve with no waiting time for simpler assistance. If you are an avid Amazon business spender you want to use Soldo, the integration is so well done, the invoices flow to the transaction with no manual intervention at all, it frees plenty of time to your accountants. Very well done Soldo team! Kudos to your CS team, you guys rock :)

Soldo è un ottimo servizio di carte digitali che offre una marea di reportistica e metodi per seguire bene le carte, i wallet etc. Inoltre l'assistenza è veloce e disponibile.

Poor customer service. Very complicated and slow process to close account. We were not told in advance there would be a £20 fee to transfer the remaining funds back to our bank account. Soldo removed our 50% charity discount for the final month's fees.
Update: following an initial 1 star review I was contacted by Soldo customer services who arranged for the transfer fee and charity discount to be refunded hence the revision to 3 star.

We are very pleased with Soldo, easy to set up new cards and users, upload the receipts is very easy, just take a picture and it is excellent, no more receipts lost. The response from support is always fast and the team is so friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend for business if small or medium, the fees are better compared to a credit card. The only thing I might say is some of the subscriptions might not accept the Soldo card, even creating the subscription one we couldn't get one of our subscriptions to be processed thought Soldo, it had to be a credit card.

Da clienti inizialmente soddisfatti per la soluzione offerta alle piccole imprese, siamo rimasti davvero delusi da Soldo negli ultimi tempi. Hanno cambiato i piani tariffari e i costi sono aumentati in modo ingiustificato, senza alcun servizio aggiuntivo: anzi, quando mi è stato addebitato un importo di 400€ per un hotel mai prenotato non ho ricevuto alcuno aiuto dall'assistenza, ma soltanto il blocco della carta.
Le carte vengono bloccate anche se si usano sistemi come WISE, senza alcun preavviso né spiegazione. A causa di questi blocchi improvvisi ho avuto problemi con pagamenti importanti, ad esempio verso i fornitori di telefonia aziendale e Amazon.
Alla fine abbiamo deciso di cancellare la sottoscrizione, ma nonostante ciò abbiamo ancora un credito di 7.711€ vincolato sul conto Soldo. Da giugno sollecitiamo il rimborso sul nostro conto corrente, ma quanto promesso non è mai stato rispettato e ad oggi non abbiamo ricevuto nessun rimborso. Dopo la cancellazione, ci sono stati anche addebitati costi per due mesi aggiuntivi, pur senza poter accedere all’account.
Di fatto ho pagato senza ricevere alcun servizio e sto ancora aspettando il rimborso. Dopo numerosi tentativi ho inviato una diffida via email e ora sarò costretto a richiedere assistenza legale.
Un vero peccato vedere come Soldo gestisca i soldi dei clienti in modo così poco trasparente – il loro comportamento rasenta quello fraudolento. Sconsigliato.

We were looking for a new modern way to manage our company's petty cash system and came across Soldo and after arranging some online consultations we decided to try it out. It works so well for us we're sorry we didn't start using it years ago. From the easy to navigate website, pulling reports and helpful staff it has modernised our financial procedures immensely. Staff find it extremely easy to use and we no longer spend time chasing them for missing receipts. You can oversee everything from the dashboard, set limits and manage online purchases easily.

Very expensive for 2-3 cardholders with infrequent use - £25 per month just to have the cards. Then to transfer money FROM Soldo out - it's £20 admin per payment. Not only that to close the account costs the admin fee again before transferring the balance out plus a month's notice. Even after these fees just to close, they do not close and you have to chase and chase. I requested account closure on 2nd July, was promised '10 days, tops' by their rep, Guillaume. 18 days later still no closure or transfer and now, not even a date for when it will happen. Very disappointing and would not recommend at all.
