A weight off our shoulders and a better experience for our customers. Our experience moving into Hutch has been so simple, and the technology is second to none. Visibility is to key for us, and Hutch has it nailed. You know what is going on with every order, at all times. Rae has been on hand every step of the way, responding to any queries in minutes. As an example we had a small tech glitch (due to one of our more complicated offers) and the tech team fixed it in under 10 minutes. We're now looking forward to Christmas instead of worrying about how many orders we will need to pack!

Rae and the team at Hutch are absolutely amazing at what they do. Before we found out about Hutch Logistics we contacted many 3PL providers and weren't sure who to go with. The things we like most about Hutch is we have a dedicated account manager who looks after us and we love the inventory management system. Previous to this we used the inventory management system with tiktokshop. The systems at Hutch are much better and easier to use. Honestly guys if your looking for a reliable 3PL trust Hutch!

The product is delivered on time always in perfect condition too.

Using Hutch has been a game changer for us - we were a small start up manually sending out orders until we just couldn't do it any more, we were neglecting other parts of our business. We shopped around for a fulfillment company and with some the onboarding was a 1-3 month process and any changes in SKU's, processes etc had to be done by them. With Hutch the onboarding was an hour or so, we have complete autonomy what happens to our orders including inserts, handwritten notes, wrapping etc. We can literally do something special on one order for one customer at a click of a button. For sellers like us who treat every customer like family this is fantastic. The live stock level analysis and expected amount of time before it runs out is excellent and means we can closely monitor our stock even though it's no longer with us. Highly recommend Hutch - they have looked after us on every step and we are free to develop and grow. Love them.

Hutch have simply allowed us to start developping our online business. We used to ship internationally from Italy which was very expensive for the user, but also slow and was adding workload for the team. We contacted a few 3PL companies, Hutch was the first to respond (thanks John ;) and their communication has been impeccable since then. Always clear and precise, available on Whatsapp, a very easy and helpful dashboard, straight forward onboarding, I can't blame any aspect of their service. They were also one of the only 3PL company to allow small companies wanting to grow like ours, at a fair price. I strongly recommend.

The dashboard is well laid out, easy to follow and keep up with the inventory, returns, order statuses etc.
