I opened an account with them a year ago, then did nothing with it. When I reactivated the account, Incard charged me for 12 months of subscription all at once.
I contacted customer support, and they were very professional and responsive, crediting the funds back to my account without any fuss. This is already a big plus for an online bank, which generally has terrible or even non-existent customer service!
I highly recommend them, and the cashback feature is an added bonus!

Incard.co est tout simplement la meilleure banque en ligne que j’ai testée en tant que trader particulier. L’inscription a été ultra-rapide, et j’ai pu ouvrir mon compte sans aucune complication. L’interface est fluide, intuitive et parfaitement adaptée à mon activité.
Les transactions sont traitées rapidement, et je n’ai jamais eu de problème de blocage ou de délai excessif, ce qui est crucial pour un trader. De plus, leur support client est hyper réactif et compétent : à chaque question ou demande, j’ai obtenu une réponse claire et efficace en un temps record.
