It was and it wasn’t I had ordered two separate orders. and on my second order they forgot to include a free item that I was gifted from the first order but they made up for it and sent it to me right away! So that made up for it all.

What is important in any retail establishment that you do business with is consistency! The first time I did business with you was about 2 years ago.I needed a gift for my grandson and you were recommended. This year I have used you again and the experience is very similar. The consistency of
correspondence and letting the customer know what is going on and the timely manner in which we receive the product and the beautiful way in which the presentation of the product is delivered hasbeen consistent!
