About this journal
The journal is peer-reviewed (double blind) and publishes both scholarly and practice oriented work in the area of the administrative sciences and related fields, with some but not exclusive relation to Switzerland (e.g. author[s], institution[s], content, relevancy, interest etc.).
Das Jahrbuch ist eine Zeitschrift mit anonymem Begutachtungsverfahren (double blind), die sowohl akademische wie auch praxisorientierte Beiträge innerhalb der Verwaltungswissenschaften und verwandten Disziplinen, mit einem gewissen, aber nicht exklusiven Bezug zur Schweiz (z.B. Autor[en], Institution[en], Inhalt, Relevanz, Interesse etc.) publiziert.
Ce journal de haute qualité accepte des contributions académique et pratique, des sciences administratives et disciplines connexes, avec une certaine mais pas exclusif référence á la Suisse (p.e. auteur[s], institution[s], contenu, pertinence, intérêt etc.).

Call for the 17th Yearbook of Swiss Administrative Sciences
Yearbook of Swiss Administrative Sciences
We hereby invite you to submit your article for the 17th Yearbook of Swiss Administrative Sciences. The Yearbook is an open-access journal aimed at scientists and practitioners and published online at https://www.ssas-yearbook.com/.
The Yearbook 2026 is dedicated to the focus topic “Artificial Intelligence in Public Administration: Opportunities, Risks, Success Factors”. In addition, an open track welcomes submissions on current topics of administrative science.
Abstracts for the focus topic must be submitted to jahrbuch@sgvw.ch by 15th March 2026. The abstract should consist of about one page and must cover the chosen topic as closely as possible. Within 14 days after submitting the abstract, the author will be notified of the editor’s decision to accept the contribution. The complete article must be submitted by 15th July 2026 and will undergo peer review. Accepted articles will be published continuously.
It should be noted that the number of articles per year is limited, and we will consider submissions on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, no texts are published that have an advertising purpose at their core.

Nous vous invitons à soumettre un article pour le 17e Annuaire des sciences administratives suisses. L'annuaire est un journal en libre accès qui s’adresse aux scientifiques et aux praticiens et est publié sur le site suivant: https://www.ssas-yearbook.com/.
Le thème central de l’Annuaire 2026 est «L'intelligence artificielle dans l'administration publique : opportunités, risques, facteurs de réussite». D'autres articles peuvent en outre être soumis sur des thèmes actuels en science administrative dans le cadre d'un open track.
Les abstracts pour le thème central doivent être soumis au plus tard le 15 mars 2026 à l’adresse jahrbuch@sgvw.ch. L’abstract doit comprendre environ une page et développer déjà autant que possible le thème choisi. Les rédacteurs et rédactrices seront informés de la décision de l’éditeur concernant l’acceptation de l’article dans un délai de 14 jours suivant la remise de l’abstract. En cas d’acceptation, l'article complet devra ensuite être envoyé jusqu’au 15 juillet 2026 et fera l'objet d'un peer review. Les articles acceptés sont publiés de manière continue.
Le nombre d'articles par an étant limité, la sélection se fait en fonction de la date de réception. De plus, nous ne publions pas de textes dont l'objectif principal est la réclame.

Jahrbuch der Schweizerischen Verwaltungswissenschaften
Hiermit laden wir Sie ein, Ihren Artikel für das 17. Jahrbuch der Schweizerischen Verwaltungswissenschaften einzureichen. Das Jahrbuch ist ein Open Access Journal, welches sich an Wissenschaft und Praxis richtet und auf folgender Website veröffentlicht wird: https://www.ssas-yearbook.com/.
Das Jahrbuch 2026 widmet sich dem Schwerpunktthema «Künstliche Intelligenz in der öffentlichen Verwaltung: Chancen, Risiken, Erfolgsfaktoren». Daneben können in einem Open Track weitere Artikel zu aktuellen verwaltungswissenschaftlichen Themen eingereicht werden.
Abstracts für das Schwerpunktthema sind bis spätestens 15. März 2026 an jahrbuch@sgvw.ch einzureichen. Das Abstract sollte ca. eine Seite umfassen und die gewählte Thematik und Methodik bereits so gut wie möglich ausführen. Innerhalb 14 Tage nach Einreichung des Abstracts werden die Verfasserinnen und Verfasser über den Entscheid der Herausgeber bezüglich Annahme der Beiträge informiert. Der vollständige Artikel ist daraufhin bis zum 15. Juli 2026 einzureichen und wird einer Peer-Review unterzogen. Akzeptierte Artikel werden fortlaufend veröffentlicht.
Es ist darauf hinzuweisen, dass die Artikelanzahl pro Jahr begrenzt ist und wir die Auswahl nach Eingangszeitpunkt berücksichtigen. Zudem werden keine Texte publiziert, die zum Kern einen Werbezweck haben.
