Resolved - DNS resolution issues prevented services from being reached. The issue has been resolved. Services are working as expected.

Update - The current issues being able to access portals is related to a current DNS issue with our service provider. We are in contact with the service provider regarding this issue. We will provide an update as soon as we can.

Investigating - We’re currently investigating reports of issues affecting loading of portals. Users may experience being unable to access the login page of their portal or have difficulty loading the asset bank. Our team is working to identify the cause and will share updates as soon as possible.
