Easy way to book a ride
The booking process was easy and when there were flight delays they told me how to get in contact with the local provider to update my flight details.

It is worth what you pay for, nothing
I signed up what the city posters scream is a free tour. We were 5, Barcelona, Gaudí, towers scraping the sky like they’re trying to escape us. It all sounded beautiful enough.
We show up. First thing they do is ask for 1.5€ for an audio dongle (some small plastic parasite meant to whisper facts into your ear). Not free anymore, not even close. I refused the gadget, because someone around here has to uphold the meaning of the word “free,” but my friends caved, like people usually do when a price is small enough not to make noise in their conscience.
The guide, whose name “Marcos?”, “Martin?”, my mind refused to archive after what came next, was cultured, sure. Spanish history spilling out of him like wine from a cracked bottle. Argentinian roots, maybe even a poet in a past life, before he turned into a watchdog for a company that seems to train its people in the art of soft extortion.
The tour began at 10:30.
We stood still until 11.
Thirty minutes of verbal drizzle, all ramble and no rain.
In three hours, we moved maybe four streets! A pilgrimage of microscopic proportions. Not a tour, but a hostage situation with trivia.
And then came the great collection of the sacred audio dongles. We returned four, because I never took one. That’s when the man snapped, like a bad character in an even worse novel. He barked about protocols, rules, that it was “not allowed” to do the tour without the dongle. Imagine that: a free tour where you need to pay for the equipment you don’t want, led by a guide who looks at you like you’ve personally insulted his ancestors by refusing.
He ranted, he shouted, 20€ tips per person, demanded like tithes for a church nobody believes in. Public humiliation dressed up as customer service. My friends heard it, the street heard it, maybe even Gaudí himself rolled in his grave out of second hand embarrassment.
I didn’t fight back.
Some arguments smell too bad to touch.
I turned my back and walked away, letting his words rot in the air behind me.
This company seems to hire its guides by throwing darts at a map and hoping whoever it hits can yell loud enough. No background checks, no dignity, no understanding of what free means. A masterpiece of false advertising and forced generosity, where you’re guilttripped into tipping for a tour that barely moved.
A flawless demonstration of free will:
I freely booked a free tour that wasn’t free,
was freely yelled at,
and freely reminded why some things are worth exactly what you pay for!
and sometimes even less.

Excellent tour, excellent guide
Diana was a fantastic guide - she was knowledgeable, funny, engaging, and very professional and kind. She made sure to always stop in the shade when we were chatting and was very thoughtful about everyone in the group. She clearly knew a LOT about the history of the city and took time to answer each of our questions. She also gave excellent recommendations for further activities, restarurants, and bars nearby. I would recommend to anyone!

Excellent tour and guide was exceptional - knew so much about the history of the area and Spain in general. We loved that David was able to answer all of our questions and his command of the English language is exceptional.

We had a great experience with these guys. Our flight was delayed 2 hours but they were there at the airport, right on time. Communication via WhatsApp with immediate responses. While waiting for our delayed flight we were told not to worry, that they would be there to pick us up so our flight was stress free. We had a great driver who lost no time in getting us to our destination. The price was the most reasonable of all the many transportation companies I looked at. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend.
The tour was not as sold by Civitatis
I went on an off-roading tour through the Taurus mountains from Kemer today. I booked it through the Civitatis website. To begin with I requested an English speaking guide but turned out that the guide (nice guy however) couldn't speak English so there was not any information or history of what we were seeing which the description of the tour said we would. We were supposed to pass through the village of Seluki and other villages but there was no mention of this. We were also supposed to visit a traditional Turkish house but that didn't happen either. We were also supposed to taste the traditional gozleme but we didn't taste that either. All we had for lunch was a choice of grilled fish or chicken which I chose but what I got in fact was only 4 chicken wings with a roasted pepper, a roasted onion and roasted tomatoe. To accompany that there was a small portion of salad and some bread. We even had to pay 2 euros for a can of coke but to be fair it was mentioned that drinks were not included.
The whole tour took about 5 hours when we thought was going be 7 hours.
Overall very disappointed and deceiving tour as we didn't get anything that was in the description of the tour by Civitatis.

Excellent service from both drivers!
The drivers were very respectful and professional! Even though I didn’t know I was supposed to go to terminal 2 where he was waiting he was over to terminal 1 within minutes, and very polite!
Both drivers were very professional and accommodating! Will definitely utilize your service in the future!!
