Extensive renovation work is currently taking place in the computer building at KIT to prepare the power distribution for future high-performance computing systems.

The next planned downtime is scheduled for calendar week 7/8 in 2026:
- Start date: Monday, February 9, 2026, 6 A.M.
- Estimated duration: Wednesday, February 18, 2026
Depending on the progress of the renovation work (CW 7) and the maintenance work (CW 8) we carry out directly afterwards, recommissioning may also take place earlier in calendar week 8.
During this downtime, all HPC systems located at KIT (HoreKa, HAICORE@KIT, FTP, and bwUniCluster 3.0) will be unavailable. Please take this into account when planning your jobs and data transfers.
