We had a great experience booking with Bookaris. The hotel (Novotel Madrid City Las Ventas) exceeded our expectations, it was modern, lovely pool area with bar and relaxing area - high quality furniture. Comfortable and peaceful room and bed and a great buffet breakfast. The hotel was conveniently located to both bus and metro stations and had local restaurants within walking distance.
