AWFUL - DO NOT USE!!!! They will not pay and they will ignore your messages and calls completely. We are a hotel in London who had a booking with them and they are refusing to even answer our requests for payment. Awful and so unprofessional. DO NOT TRUST

I highly recommend this travel agent
I highly recommend this travel agent. I went to the Vélez Malaga branch at the beginning of December 2021 to arrange flights to Australia and I found Sergio to be very efficient, polite and friendly. He speaks some English and he did his upmost to find me the flights that suited my needs and then followed up with after sales care by advising me on baggage allowance, seat allocation, boarding pass and documentation for Australia. Thank you Sergio. Excellent service!

1st time booking with B The Travel Brand and couldn't be more satisfied. Everything went well, the booking was fast, the hotel was really good and the price fair. Thank you for the professionalism, specially from Joana from Sá da Bandeira Store in Porto. Will book with them again.
