Right from booking the tickets to completing the journey.
I purchased return tickets from Fiumicino Airport to Rome Termini Station.
Right from booking the tickets to leaving the train, the process was as simple as possible.
The communication was excellent, with reminders of times. The tickets downloaded to my Google wallet without any fuss.
The trains ran to the timetable. Despite being very busy, the trains were clean, with plenty of capacity for all of the passengers.
The staff were polite and very helpful to everyone who approached them.

Tiqets is not taking responsiblity - do not book
I bought via Tiqets two tickets Robben Island - Cape Town. Unfortunately the trip was canceled because of the wind - ship could not left the harbour. As a result everybody went to the casa to receive the money back. Snce I booked the tickets via Tiqets, I was referred to Tiqets.
I contacted Tiqets (only via mail) and untill now (3 weeks later) I still did not receive an answer that I will receive the money back.
When I send an email (already send about 10 times), I always receive a standard answer (AI produced) that I have to wait.
It is impossible to speak with somebody from Tiqets.
In addtion:
Be carefull Tiqets is finacially a very weak company, I also looked to the financials - the current position is extremely negative. Negative equity and a big amount of external debt - high interest
Do not use/book via Tiqets - unreliable and risk of bankruptcy

Do not use Tiqets. I booked using Tiqets, and about 5 mins later discovered I had the wrong date. They would not change and I can’t get my money back. They said it is due to the vendor. Not true.
So DDINT USE THEM. Find a different reseller or go straight to venue

Prices not as advertised
Be careful.
Chose tickets for War of the Worlds on a particular date at a particular time at a particular price.
Went through 2 or 3 screens where the advertised price stayed the same.
Then on the final page £20 was added on to each ticket without my noticing.
Awaiting a refund for either the amount expected to pay or a complete refund.
Will update if Customer Services ever replies.

Yes, you sneaked in a change after several pages repeatedlt showing the low price.
I'm asking people to be aware of this apparently underhand way of tricking people to pay more than they were expecting.
It is entirely your choice whether you keep your website set up to mislead people or whether you advertise the correct prices at the selection stages.
I would think transparency at the outset would give you a better reputation.
At the moment it looks underhand and unethical to me.
Everyone else can make an informed decision whether to use your website. I won't be again, as things stand.
Second edit:
Refund has come through. Will add another star. If the tickets are all good I'll boost the score again in February 26.

DISHONEST AVOID. This company has no morals they take your money and when the ticket they provide are not accepted by the venue they walk away from any responsibility and refuse to give a refund. Fortunately my credit card company has more honesty and will withhold payment.
