Make Purchases on Campus with KCash

KCash allows students, faculty and staff to conveniently make purchases on campus using their campus ID card as an on-campus debit card anywhere that accepts KCash. KCash can be used on campus to purchase textbooks and school supplies from the KSU Bookstore, snacks from The Market, meals at our dining halls, restaurants and the food trucks, and to use the student printers. Campus Restaurants and The Market

Chick-fil-A, Cinnabon, Dunkin', Hissho Sushi, McAlister's Deli, Moe's, Panda Express, STACKS Sandwiches, Starbucks, Stingers, The Commons and The Market.
Copy/Print Machines

Use KCash for all of your copy/print services. You can refill your KCash funds at a KCash machine or by logging into the KCash Account Manager.
KSU Bookstore

KCash can be used at all of the KSU Bookstore locations. You can also use KCash to pay for up to $50 toward technology purchases at OwlTEC.
Vending Machines

Most Coca-Cola vending machines on campus accept KCash as payment.

How do I request a KCash refund?

Submit a KCash refund request and our KCash team will reach out to you directly.
Can I use my KCash balance if I'm not enrolled in classes?

Yes. Students have three semesters after the last semester they are enrolled to use their KCash balance.
How do I deposit KCash onto my Talon Card?
You can deposit funds and check your KCash account balance by visiting a KCash machine on campus or online by following these steps:
1. Log in using your KSU email/password and Duo
2. Click on "+Add Money" under the KCash icon
3. Enter your deposit amount and click "Next"
4. Enter your payment and billing information and click "Submit"
When does KCash expire?

KCash funds do not expire and roll over year to year. However, after twelve months of account inactivity, your account will be cleared and the remaining balance will revert back to the University.
