Had a problem with customer support but they fixed it swiftly. I also love how transparent they are. Highly reccomend.

I’m really happy with the service and personal touch I’ve experienced with BrightPensioen. I haven’t gone too deep into the details yet, but it’s reassuring to know my money is being invested responsibly and in line with my values. I also appreciate the effort they put into educating me and making the experience feel personal. It already feels like I made the right choice, and I have no regrets. I’m looking forward to learning more and seeing how my investment grows over time.

I arranged a welcome call with a representive of Bright Pensioen. He answered all my questions clearly and made sure I understood all the details of my pension plan. Excellent service!

I applied for BrightPension but couldn't open an account because they demand an official document that states my BSN number. I told the employees that I don't have any document with the BSN and if that's required then to please cancel my application because I'm already part of Aegon. I don't want to have the inconvenience of switching if the transition isn't smooth and simple. The company seems to be behind on security because that's what DigiD is meant for. After asking three times to cancel my application I was harassed by employees who were pushing me to get a document saying that I MUST have a document if I'm a resident of the Netherlands and treating me as if I'm ignorant suggesting that I don't know what a BSN number is even after I explained twice that I'm an expat and therefore none of my documents state the BSN number.

Amazing service. As an international person living in NL I’ve been very impressed with the customer service of Bright Pension. They called me out of the blue to provide some advice and tips and tricks - something no other company has EVER done in the ten years I live in NL! Well done guys!

Very helpful staff

I joined Bright after a good introduction by their commercial director online. It is a clear and honest way to build up pension for entrepreneurs and I very much support it. My view is that is easier to understand and cheaper than building up pension via insurance companies

Really easy to set up and get started, solved the problem of me not having a company pension and really happy with the service.

Looking at the amount of pension and investment companies on the market, BrightPensioen stood out from the get go.
Their business model, tone and presentation was inviting and with good reviews from people with-in my circle, i signed up.

Having now used them for a few months and steadily increasing the monthly amount i add to the fund i'm already seeing better than most results.

Additionally they do seem to put care and effort in welcoming you to the group, with catch-up calls, feedback rounds and focusing on keeping you in the loop as possible.

During the signup process they managed to process me and my information with-in minutes, especially considering i am not Natively Dutch their internal processes are very well defined.

I do recommend using them as a service, so far it has been great.

Great and friendly customer service! They were very nice enough to switch to English for me (when requested).

Was able to withdraw my money without much hassle when I left the Netherlands. Their support was great!

On the downside, they follow the 60/40 portfolio strategy which worked great for the past couple of decades, but is likely to underperform in the future due to the bond-equity counter-correlation being broken.

Great communication & follow-ups both through emails and phone. My questions were answered cohesively, fast, and quite extensively via email which made me decide to go through BrightPension.

Very open and helpful service for building up your pension as an independent contractor. I love the idea that you become a joint owner of this pension fund together with all other clients, which really gives you skin in the game. The customer service is very helpful and pro-active. The website is clean and simple without too many options or hidden features, although some more data about my investments would be nice but that is something that can be developed in the future.

It's hard to review them so far as I have only just joined. I love the idea of an ethical pension, and from the figures they have published it seems to be doing well.

I would say they need to work on the website layout and the usabilit, but I htink tha is in the pipeline.

I'm willing to risk a piece of my future with this company. Whats the point in a pension if not to make for a better retirement? So it seems pointless if my money is being used to make the world a worse place.
