Hi, this is my first review. This company is such a scam.
Order number 215656. I paid money for the product, but I never got it delivered. The courier just didn't call or write; it just turned the order back. Now they refuse to refund and want me to pay addition 100 DKK to get the product again (WTF!!!), which again I have no confidence in getting.

Only after this problem I did research on the internet and read all those angry reviews: here, on facebook, youtube etc., and on their website, they have 700+ perfect reviews, what an irony.

You won't find any legal info about that company on the internet or about where and how they make their product. On the address on Google Maps, there is no Cocobeauty, only some AI-marketing company (what a coincidence, their customer support is also only AI). Their Terms of Use are a scam, just some bullshit with broken links.

They are using TikTok and the idea of "perfect solution of all our problems, but there is nothing in it. Please, don't buy it.

I enjoy the product, I’ve seen results and would recommend it to my friends.

I was afraid to put the eye pads or the mask in the beggining but the result was amazing! it's incredible to see the results! I couldnt believe my eyes! I wish to know how many times per week I shall do it? 1?2? so I calcultae how many more I can buy!! I recommend it!! Amazing!!!!

Great for trying a product you are sceptical if it works right?
Wrong! When you ask for a refund and a way to send back they send you there terms thats buried in the website that they only accept "Un opened and in its original packaging" So how are we meant to find out if it works? SCAM company.

I've had this for maybe 2 weeks now.... my face is so smooth. I usually spend a lot of time each night with a metal extraction tool grabbing black heads. I just tried to do that before my shower this morning and I had like maybe 4 to extract. Which sucks only a little bit because I won't get that dopamine hit from extracting much anymore but dang my face is clean!! Something that I was thinking about in my shower just now is that the black rice bottle is kinda small and I think it might be a little annoying to keep ordering from yall so can you make a bigger bottle if you dont already have one? I haven't looked at site inventory for a second time yet

I have been using Coco Beauty product for a while and am a total fan. Recently there was an issue with the delivery and the customer service was very responsive and professional. I strongly recommend this company!

The boxes came in smashed, but the product was OK. I reached out to the customer care team, and they were very professional, and polite and handling it and gave me a discount for my next purchase as for the product itself. I am very amazed with how it has plump my under eye and over eye area. I look forward to continuing to use.

Website was clear and easy to select the products i was interested in.
Shipping updates were very frequent( a little too fast asking what i think of it tho, it was barely on its way lol)
Got it delivered in my mailbox safe n sound.
Products were exactly as promised, working pretty well. Got to get used to the neck firming cream roller, the wheels can be a little painfull sometimes.
cream you dont need a lot, and be sure to really work it in your skin with the redlight applicator. Just dip it in the cream, and roll underneath your eyes etc. make sure it dries completely before falling asleep, or the product will dry up slightly crusty .

I bought the eye cream with the red-light gadget. I love gadgets so that's why I bought it and unfortunately, it's just a gadget; I don't see any major improvement, but I gave it a (4) because the eye cream is nice. Hopefully, after consistent use I will see some sort of difference! Overall, not a bad product.

My experience and your service and help are flawless. I love the peeling products BUT I imagine I´ve got more wrinkles and they show more after I started using the collagen stick. Very disapointed :( Really looked forward to seeing the results from that one.

The collagen undereye patches haven't done a thing to combat puffiness unfortunately. I've been wearing them overnight to absorb completely.

Dont be fooled! This product is mainly made from Petroleum Jelly, aka… Vaseline! It even smells exactly the same as my jar of Vaseline. Dont waste your money

I will admit I was hesitant… you never know what you’re actually going to get when something is advertised on social media.
THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!!! It works just like all the videos you see. I’m literally doing it to everyone in my family. My face… is glowing. So shiny! So smooth, it feels great, it looks great! I never go anywhere without wearing makeup… now, I DO! Which is crazy.
Thinking about buying it for everyone I need gifts for, for Christmas.
