Well-made product, and incredible customer service!

I ordered a set of four Tiny Tots Undies for my three year old who occasionally wets the bed, and while they ultimately weren’t the right fit for my son (I ended up donating them to a family who needed them), the quality was stellar! What stood out even more was the incredible customer service, so responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful. Even though the product didn’t work for us, I’d recommend Tiny Tots a million times over based on the customer service alone!
