A good and legit company. Good customer service. I recommend Imperium if you want to get results and organic growth.
First time using this and the results are truly organic! Strongly recommend it!
Imperium is far and away the best experience I have had with my music..
I am also positive I'm getting no bots either (which is even more important for many reasons).
I get 1000's of streams on playlists from all over the world as well.

I’ve tried other playlist promotion companies and they either underperformed or changed their policies to further benefit themselves to drag more money out of the customer. I’ve had nothing but good results, in fact the best results of the companies I’ve tried. For some reason I seem to get a higher volume of traffic with Imperium.

Imperium came in clutch. Their communication is on point, not only through email but on social media as well. The playlists are actually real, with real listeners. It’s everything I’ve been looking for in a promo service

Unfortunately, my experience with Imperium was really bad. I made a few promotions to help my daughter who is a singer/songwriter. The first two times the promoted songs got quite a few streams, but it was not organic growth. She makes medicine music that was composed in 2025. The playlists her song was placed on was rock music of the 60s. I pointed this out to Lilia, but she only said that placing songs on out of genre playlists was more efficient, which in our case was clearly not true.
Then, I made a new promotion and after a few days the two concerned playlists disappeared from Spotify and with them all the streams they had generated. When I notified Lilia, we had several mail exchanges where she first pretended that it had nothing to do with Imperium. Finally, she had to admit that the playlists had been cancelled because of “technical issues”. They proposed to put the song on other playlists to recuperate the lost streams. Since I no longer trust their playlists, I refused and asked them to pay a refund for that last promotion since it had not generated one single stream. But Imperium will not refund me in spite of admitting that they did not fulfill their promises. Very disappointing!

Working with Lilia and the Imperium Network team has been a great experience! I worked closely with Lilia and she provides top notch customer service. She really cares about your goals and is very timely in all communications. Imperium helped get my first album really good starter exposure through the VIP promos. I am a new artist and had reservations at first but was reassured by the great reviews and direct communication with Lilia both before the VIP promo package purchases but also each and every step along the way throughout the campaign. Lilia and the team were very transparent and timely in responses. If you’re looking for real listener exposure, you can trust this team. I had a unique request in how I wanted the album songs to be pitched and layered and Lilia helped it all run according to plan, smooth-sailing! I’d pitch through imperium again if and when I make more music. They’re very professional and take good care of your music.

Don’t be fooled by all the fake reviews , I had over 1k monthly listeners and theee were all removed aswell as my songs due to this company.
If you wish to boost your song lists do it via Spotify only these use bots and can unfortunately get your songs wiped

I have really found that Imperium has given a really huge exposure to jumpstarting my work. Rather than just sit waiting for people to discover like I was to no results or using 'big playlisters' that are so fake and fraudulent in my opinion! Imperium Jumpstart everything for me and have really shown some amazing numbers for a good start!

I had the TikTok package, did not get results as promised, but when I wanted my money back, as they say it is risk-free, they did not wanted to give it back, as a few influencers made videos, but the promised exposure did not happen and the biggest lie is, that they find fitting influencers... They can pick the song and then make random content.
It is not worth the money and the promise is fake.

I’ve used a lot of music promotion companies and you have e to be sure, like with Imperium, that they have integrity and when they say they are bot free they really are!
It’s quick and easy and depending on your track you will see results. As artists we spend a lot of money and time creating our music so it is key to promote it and I would recommend Imperium. My only criticism would be that playlist promotions don’t run long enough.

I've been working with Imperium Network now for about four months. I thought it best to wait to write this review until I've had sufficient experience to provide you with some meaningful feedback.
As background, I have three albums to my credit - one recorded exclusively in Nashville, and two recorded in the artists' home studios and mixed in my studio. All of the musicians who play on my albums are Nashville pros.
I've approached Imperium to help me promote three or four songs. I got meaningful results in two cases - particularly true in the case of the title song to my first album, for which I've garnered tens of thousands of streams.
So, my impressions are as follows:
1. Your music will need to be speak for itself quality-wise. Imperium isn't promising that you're going to wake up tomorrow and be a star - especially if you can't write well and / or play. I like that aspect of working with them.
2. From all appearances, they deliver on their promise that bots aren't a factor in the success that you will achieve - based on my experience, you will rack-up so called "organic" streams.
3. They pitch your music to playlist curators who have a lot of followers - so if one of those curators picks up your song, your music will get exposure.
4. Others have mentioned this, and I found it to be true as well, I haven't been convinced that they've matched my music up with curators who specialize in related genres. Most of my music is fairly characterized as "Americana" "Roots Country" or "Folk", and was released within the last three years; that said, the playlists have names similar to "Top 100 Dance Songs of the 90s" with pictures of artists like Britney Spears, blowing a gum bubble; or "The Absolute Top Songs on Spotify" - you get the point. Nevertheless, they seem confident of their approach and, in my case, I feel assured that my music is being heard.
4. From what I can gather, they don't seem to employ a client management system; if I'm wrong, their approach to relationship management nevertheless leaves one with the feeling that each promotion is a separate stand-alone transaction (where they get to know you and your music all over again) rather than another chapter in an ongoing relationship. You probably won't get someone reaching out to tell you that they've been thinking about your song, and have some ideas that they want to run past you (it could be a different situation if you're one of those lucky few who places a song and has 100,000 streams the next morning). Granted, their services are really reasonably priced, so I can understand all of this to a point - but after a while, when your investment starts bumping up near four figures, it'd be nice to have the feeling that they actually know who you are. That remains to be seen.
This particular issue is at the root of the only "real" issue I've had with them; one of my promotions failed to generate results, and (to their credit) they offered to apply the time to another promotion of my choosing (which I specified by order number), but they apparently applied the extra time elsewhere and in a way that didn't offer value - I'm still scratching my head over what happened there.
5. As others have said, Imperium's support personnel are responsive and polite - very impressive.
To sum it all up, Imperium Network delivers legit results for a very reasonable investment. I've been a happy customer. I've given them five stars because, minor drawbacks aside, they offer very good value, get results and provide overall great service.
