I recently purchased two espresso cups from Café de l’Arbre, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The quality is exceptional—the cups feel wonderfully crafted, with a design that is both beautiful and incredibly pleasant to hold. They’re a joy to drink from and even to touch. I originally received one as a gift and loved it so much that I decided to get another for myself.

I also want to highlight something truly remarkable: their customer service. I have never experienced such an outstanding level of care. The moment I left them a message, their team called me back immediately and went out of their way to find the best possible solution for my request. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made a lasting impression.

Order cancellation

I bought a coffee machine from an online shop. After I bought it and paid for everything, the shop requested 4 times the shipping fee than stated on the website and in the order. Despite explainings, they are now not responding to my request. Finaly they cancled the order. The terms of the contract should be honoured by the seller.
I strongly advise against this seller.

I tried to buy on the website but at…

I tried to buy on the website but at the moment to choose the delivery and put my address they said the can not send it.. I tried to put “point relai” but was not able the option, I sent an email to the customer service but not answer.. dommage!

The café is beautifully decorated with plants and artwork, creating an inviting space that encourages you to sit back and relax. The sound of gentle music in the background adds to the ambiance, making it perfect for unwinding with a good book or catching up with friends.

On my last visit, I indulged in their seasonal pumpkin spice latte and a freshly baked blueberry muffin. The latte was creamy and perfectly spiced, capturing the essence of fall in every sip. The muffin was bursting with juicy blueberries and had just the right amount of sweetness.

They are not only knowledgeable about the menu but also genuinely passionate about what they serve. They take the time to explain the different options and even offer samples if you're unsure what to choose.

A very happy new customer!

The communication was excellent (received confirmation e-mails and invoice promptly) plus the friendly staff answered additional questions that I had about the coffee very fast, and they were gracious enough to answer in english. And I received the coffee (which was lovely) a few days later (internationally, in Europe).
