Your staff are helpful, But.

Your staff are helpful, but the internet lets you down. I suffer from complex PTSD from my tours in Iraq & Afghanistan. I have horrid nightmares terrors, and wake early hours of the morning to find the internet isn’t working, between 2-5am. When I have spoken to someone about this they tell me it was working and I’m mistaken, not what you want to here as a customer.

Lit have taken £80 from my bank account when I have confirmation from them my account was closed 2 months ago when I moved address.
This is fraud.

We always send plenty of reminders and give loads of time before applying any fee, so if it’s been a couple of months, that’s probably what’s happened. As soon as the router’s back with us, we’ll get it sorted.

Signed up for 500mbps contract - got <100mbps

Signed up for 500mbps contract. Got less than 100mbps (upload/download). Ethernet wired test. Lit Fibre were not able to improve the speed. Not impressed.
