Trash

I ordered two bottles of NMN from Nutricost. It took forever to ship, and when it finally arrived, they only sent one bottle — yet they charged me for both.

I tried contacting customer service: their listed phone number doesn’t exist (it literally says “number not found”), and their email goes unanswered. I have sent multiple emails with no response. This is not just bad service, it’s non-existent service.

I’ve been left with a partial order and no way to get a refund, and it’s clear this company has zero interest in customer satisfaction. Avoid Nutricost — they are unreliable, unprofessional, and unresponsive.

I can why Nutricost is currently on the receiving end of several class action lawsuits claiming the co mislabels its products(plural). Customer service is impossible to reach over the phone I emailed them to request certificates of analysis for 2 of their supplements.Citing proprietary concerns they emailed me back they cant do that. All they could do is show me the product had no contaminants. BIG red flag when any supplement co wont show you a COA crucial for proving the authenticity and dosage of ingredients in a dietary supplement. Too bad they're weren't always like this but they really have gone down the toilet

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, I didn’t check Trustpilot earlier. I ordered from Nutricost for the first time during their Black Friday promotion for two protein isolates. After completing the purchase, I added a creatine to my cart just to see the discounted price. To my surprise, a few hours later I received an email confirming that the creatine had been purchased—without my authorization.

I immediately emailed Nutricost twice, but received no response. After a few days, I called and spoke with customer support, who were not helpful at all. They told me that once I received the product, I could go to the portal and print a return label (which is incorrect). Only later did I find out that I would have to pay for the return myself because I hadn’t purchased their “insurance.” I’ve emailed them several more times since then with no response.

On top of that, the protein isolate tastes bad—this is the first brand I’ve tried with such an unpleasant taste and smell.

I definitely do NOT recommend buying from Nutricost!

Worst customer service ever

Dont bother calling customer service. Tried to change my delivery 1 minute after order and couldn’t change it. Unable to cancel order even after 1 minute after order was made. They wont even contact USPS even though when I contacted USPS they said the sender has to call us.

False Return Policy

As someone new to supplements, I selected this company because they offered Free Returns and Package Protection (which includes a small add-on fee). This is an absolute false statement, on my second order I had 1 of several products that did not agree with me and when I contacted Nutricost they said it would cost me $20 to return it and the refund less than the purchase price (this was after several phone calls). I was already irritated because right after submitting my second order, I received an email about special pricing that would have saved me $10. I inquired about a price adjustment and was told there's nothing they could do. I don't waste time on companies like this and no longer do business with them.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT, BUYER BEWARE!

I ASKED A SIMPLE QUESTION TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT: ARE YOUR CAPSULES (MUCUNA PRURIENS) SUPPOSED TO WHITE OR BROWN? MINE ARE BROWN, BUT OTHER REVIEWERS STATED THAT THEY HAD WHITE CAPSULES. COLOR IS NOT SUBJECTIVE. AFTER AN INTITIAL REPLY STATING THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME IN 3 DAYS, NO RESPINCE AFTER A WEEK AND A HALF ... DESPITE CONTINUED INQUIRIES. THIS REALLY MAKES YOU WONDER! ARE THEY HIDING SOMETHING? IN ANY CASE, THIS GRETLY DAMAGES THEIR CREDIBILITY. BUYER BEWARE! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM NUTRICOST AGAIN!

I ordered 300 dollar worth of product

I ordered 300 dollar worth of product . Two of them are not worth the money they don’t work . But mostly the price is not any cheaper than others and the customer service is horrible . They have maybe 3 people in total working in customer service . The messed up the address. And I had a hard time getting the products . Nutricost told me they can’t change the address when fedex tells me it’s the sender that can do it . I didn’t want to be judgmental so i ordered a second time with them . It was worst . They said they had a glitch and send a partial order after 8 days . And the product they send never arrived . When I called them they said they can’t help me . It’s a bad company . Some products do work but you can get those anywhere on Amazon . If you care about your time and money . Don’t bother with this company . They are not standing behind their product . They even want to charge you a return fee for products that don’t work .

I use their products

I use their products, I don’t order from their website. I get mine thru TEMU which is cheaper than Amazon and they ship right away from Utah.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a 5 lb tub of whey protein isolate. It arrived from Amazon with a small crack in the can. I didnt want the headache of driving to the closest whole foods 8 miles away so i contacted Nutricost directly via email asking if i can take and put the product into gallon zip lock bags and if the moisture added will damage the product as it will take me 3 plus month to use as i drink one a day and it has 62 servings.
LEX (from nutricost responded and asked for my amazon order number) i found it sent the email and he responded that Amazon has verified delivery of the product and i should contact amazon.. I never asked for a return! I want to know how to make my product not go bad! Remember LEX in customer support

DANGEROUS PRODUCTS

I take Nutricost products since many years. Last few months in many orders the articles were defective and caused belly irritation, inflammation. Last package I opened last week caused strong stomach pain and diarrhea. These products are dangerous and I am not going to order anything here in future!

Great quality products, lower cost!

My review is about the quality of the products. I use them for a ‘mito cocktail’ to treat a health challenge I have. I transitioned to Nutricost supplements from highly renowned brands because of the prohibitive cost. I’ve been on the Nutricost products since over two years ago with absolutely no adverse effect vs when I was using the high-end products. To me, that is a good quality product. I’ve never bought them from their webpage, but from amazon. I hope this review helps!

No problem with product(s) BUT delivery sucks

I have no issue with products. My issue is with delivery service. No, I won't deal directly with Fedex. I purchased from Nutricost. In my opinion it is Nutricost's responsibility to ensure delivery service they have chosen perform as expected.

It’s been two weeks, order has not shipped

Nutricost has taken two weeks to process my order and it hasn’t even been shipped yet. I received an email about a week in from the day I ordered to tell me my $200 order was not shipped due to a $7 item being out of stock. I asked them to remove the item and ship the rest, yet, no one has replied in 6 days. I’m glad it only cost me $200 and 2 weeks of my time to realize I will never do business with this company again, nor will I ever recommend their products. It’s funny how I could have gotten the same or similar products from Amazon the same day, yet here I’m two weeks in and not even a shipping confirmation. Pathetic

Beware of Nutricost Supplements

These are NOT quality supplements as advertised. I did a test on niacin, B3. I ordered the flushing formula in 500mg per capsule, which should provide a substantial amount of tingling and redness. It did nothing! How can you screw up Niacin? The men’s multi does nothing, nor does the magnesium or creatine. I am switching back to my old products. Nutricost is a total scam.

Quality and affordability

I get all my vitamins from here and regular lab work. The labs definitely show a notable difference. I was using pure encapsulation brand but I switched to nutricost which I purchased through Amazon. They're supplements are quality at a third of the price of pure encapsulation. They are also third-party tested

Online store rip off.

I tried buying biotin from this company and ended up with biotin plus folic acid. They did an after sale upsell that I didn't want to participate in, but accidentally clicked on. There was no way to undo it and I was forced to eat the expense of a product I didn't want.
I tried reaching out to customer service but was told I'd have to wait two days at least before they would respond. The shipment was the very next day (a Saturday). So now there is no way to stop the shipment or cancel my order. I feel ripped off by this company and will no longer be doing business with them. Be careful using their service or you too might get ripped off.

Be careful about buying from this…

Be careful about buying from this business. I contacted customer service about whether their l theanine products is fermented. They told me all the information is on the label, which is false. I regret buying the potassium chloride from them. They refuse to provide any COA of the testing on their products. I hope this review helps those understand that some businesses are not there to help you, but to profit off you even at the cost of your health. Im waiting on another email for them to respond to the one I sent them after they refused the COA. If they provide one, I’ll come back and change my review.
