The nano espresso maker is amazing and their customer service is absolutely fantastic! My nano was completely inoperative after a few months and they replaced it right away!

Great Machine!

So far, so good! I got this little espresso machine so I could have good coffee wherever I'm traveling to, as I go to a lot of work retreats and conventions. And for as expensive as this is, it's worth it. The coffee it brews is actually really good, and I can even use my favorite coffee pods instead. It's also really cute and easy to pack along. It's lightweight and all the pieces fit inside eachother.

perfect machine

This portable espresso machine is a game-changer for coffee lovers on the move. Its self-heating feature is incredibly convenient, eliminating the need for an external heat source. I love that it works with both ground coffee and NS capsules, offering great versatility. The USB-C charging makes it easy to power up in my car, RV, or even with a power bank. It's perfect for camping trips, long hikes, and even just for a quick caffeine fix at the office. The machine is surprisingly compact and easy to clean. It delivers a rich, flavorful espresso with a decent crema. If you're looking for a truly portable espresso solution, this is it.

Effective

I'm totally agreeing with what others have commented on about this small gem . I've had all types of coffee and espresso makers and because I don't drink a ton of coffee, most are in my garage, awaiting to be used. My boyfriend uses a french press and when I saw this simple but very effective product I decided to give it a try. I wanted to be able to have a quick, easy expresso without a big footprint and all the bells and whistles . This is it. You simply add water to the top, put a pod or ground into the bottom and in about two minutes you have a lovely expresso. I added the stand because I wanted to use my double walled glass coffee and expresso cups that I bought on Amazon (and recommend) because I'm using it at home. For travel or office it comes with its own plastic bottom cup. The stand can be ordered if you scroll down to where they have items you can add on. So far I've just loved this small addition to my kitchen. Price is great too!

Good product

I took this on a deployment to rustic regions of the world. Besides family I knew I was going to miss hand grinding and brewing my single origin coffee. Outin nano allowed me to drink my fine coffee all over the battlefield. Used a solar panel to charge and I was drinking excellent espresso on c130, humvees, desert tents, and the worst... during long boring briefings.

Good portable espresso machine

I'm thoroughly impressed with this portable espresso machine! It's incredibly compact and easy to take anywhere, and the fact that it's battery-powered is a huge plus. Making espresso is surprisingly simple and quick, even with room temperature water, and the resulting brew has a lovely crema. The machine feels well-built with sturdy materials, and the USB-C charging is convenient for on-the-go use. This little device is a fantastic way to enjoy a quality espresso anytime, anywhere.

Top quality products

If you like espresso and want to make it on the go this is a great choice. Sure, it is a little pricey, but this really works. Using this with ground coffee, this makes an excellent espresso with lots of crema. It does as well as my home espresso maker that cost hundreds of dollars. Ok, it’s a little more work and a little messier but still makes a great espresso.
The design is quite well done. Things like the measuring cup that doubles as a tamper is an example of how well thought out this is. The pieces all fit together very well, and you can see and feel the quality in the craftmanship. I was a little worried with all the instructions saying it would only do 3-5 cups, depending on amount and temperature of water, with a single charge but after making 4 shots, two with room temperature water and two with hot water (just extraction) the machine was down just one bar of charge. Of course, the number of cups it can extract is directly proportional to the size of the battery, which the larger the battery, the more weight so this is one of those design tradeoffs. I think they did a pretty good job; this could easily make enough cups of espresso for two people each day and then get charged later that day.
My primary use of this would be camping. I would heat water up over the fire and use hot water and then the just extraction mode. This uses very little battery and takes very little time. I’ve never been a fan of those pods, but this might be an instance where I get a few of those to use. It would make this a lot simpler and less messy. Yeah, not going to taste as good but it might be good enough. I could also see throwing this and some pods into the vehicle for traveling. It would be so easy to get a quick espresso that tasted great and not have to stop anywhere.

It is perfect for traveling

I'm so excited to take this travel esspresso maker on our next trip to Korea where we will be staying for about three weeks. It is perfect for that first morning Americano when you don't want to get dressed and go out yet. The packaging was very fancy, totally giftable and it comes with a charger cable. Charged quickly out of the box and tested with a pod (I like that it has two options of pods or loose grounds) and bottled water and it worked like a charm. Sooooo cool!! It doesn't take long to heat up and dispense. To make it an Americano I just reused the same pod and added more water. This will be a game changer for our trip! Didn't even know this existed, very happy with this find, thank you!

good portable coffee maker

This makes decent coffee and it is relatively easy to use. The packaging is nice enough to keep the coffee maker in when not in use. On my first use it took a bit to understand how it all goes together. Once you have your coffee packed, you can fill it with water and turn it on. The indicator light has 4 lights and it starts blinking on the first, then second and on up until it is hot. The first use I was not prepared and as soon as it was hot, the pump kicked in and it started making the coffee and I was not ready. But I found you can hit the on/off button to pause it. Its easy to rinse clean and makes the coffee hot less that 3-4 minutes. This is a good little portable coffee maker.

Convenient

I'm the only one in my household who drinks coffee, and I don't drink it all the time, so it doesn't really make sense for me to take up a lot of space with a giant espresso machine. This portable unit is compact, easy to use, and perfect for one person. My only real complaint is that dumping out the wet coffee grounds after you're finished can be a little bit messy. The pros: It charges quickly, it can heat the water if you're using room temperature water or you can add hot water to it directly. I feel like the espresso had a good taste, and it was easy to use. Just make sure that if you're wanting to heat the water, only press the button for two seconds, any longer, and it will just auto express the coffee without heating the water.
This is a great option who are on the go. It would be very easy to throw into a bag or suitcase.

Good machine

I have been traveling a lot lately and this machine has been rock solid and consistent. I’ve been using it twice a day for several weeks to make Americano coffees. This paired with the water bottle type heaters for traveling has worked amazingly well.
I have used both the ground coffee adapter, and the pod adapter, and they both taste very good and consistent. I have switched to the pods for traveling and it has made it very quick and convenient to make a coffee, not having to worry about a hand grinder and dealing with the coffee grounds. But when I’m at home, I do use the ground coffee adapter and it makes very good espresso shots. So far I have had no issues with the device and with the preheated water to 171° I can get easily seven or eight coffee shots. I have yet to run it out of battery while making coffee.

Extremely Disappointed – No Response, No Shipment

I placed an order on their website last Friday, and today is Thursday — my order still hasn’t been shipped. I’ve contacted their customer support 5–6 times, but received absolutely no response. They don’t provide any phone number to reach them either.

This lack of communication and service is unacceptable. At this point, I’ve completely lost trust in this company and no longer want their products.

OUTLN CUSTTOMER SERVICE , FULFILMENT, SHIPPING AND MANAGEMENT 8N CHARGE OF IT, DESERVE AND GAINED ZERO STTAR

June 2, 2025

To the OUTIN Team,

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the poor service and complete lack of timely communication from your team over the past several days. The unresponsiveness, failure to follow up, and lack of accountability have made it clear that customer experience is not a priority for your organization.

This situation has been especially frustrating, as the item in question was intended as a graduation gift for my son — a milestone that was entirely missed due to your negligence. Your late-night apology and delayed response, after the missed occasion, are not only insufficient but come across as reactive rather than responsible.

Comparing your performance with reliable services such as Amazon — which manage to deliver similar exact ordered products within a few short days — only highlights how poorly your logistics and customer service teams have handled this matter. Your excuses about custom orders or courier delays do not absolve you of responsibility; rather, they raise serious concerns about how your operations are managed.

Given this experience, I will neither recommend nor promote your company or its products. This incident will be reflected in any public review I leave to ensure other potential customers are made aware of the risks associated with ordering from you.

Blaming third-party couriers rather than owning your failures and offering meaningful resolution is unacceptable. If this is your standard of service, then it’s time for your management, fulfillment, and shipping departments — or your choice of courier partners — to be seriously reevaluated.

You’ve unfortunately earned a zero-star review.

The purchase process is dubious - tax conditions

The purchase process is dubious - tax conditions

In fact, I provided the buyer's details and their tax identification number for the purpose of issuing an invoice.

The company simply sent a document (after my request) simply called an invoice, however, the document is not valid for tax purposes. It contains no information regarding the VAT amount or the reason for exemption, nor the tax details (VAT) of the seller and buyer.

After several attempts, the seller stated that he was not subject to "tax conditions" and refused to issue a legal invoice.
