I inadvertently made a mistake in placing my order and noticed it to late. However the staff was very understanding and accommodating to help me resolve the problem. 2 thumbs up for their friendly and quick response in getting it resolved for me. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

I made a mistake after I placed my order. I accidentally clicked andadded more items to the order. I contacted Plateful as soon as I saw the emails with my order. A representative immediately help up my order, made the adjustment refunding my account and then sending my original order. I received updated information by email. I appreciate a company that promptly “corrects my errors” and keeps me informed. I recommend Playeful as a trustworthy company with quality products.
My husband ordered me 3 titanium cutting boards.
When they arrived, I did some research and opted to return them that same week. They were never opened.
It has now been a back and forth with emails, and I still don’t know where to return them. Furthermore, the customer service staff keep telling me they’ve approved one return, not both orders.
This has been a complete waste of my time. I’ll never buy from Plateful again.
I couldn't believe it. I placed my order only about four days ago and they delivered it already. What's even more surprising is that it's December when shipments often get delayed because of the high number of shipments.
The products I ordered were high quality as well. Five stars!

I had accidentally ordered more than 1 titanium cutting board and when I wrote customer service I was refunded immediately. I had already ordered the jar sealers and they were delivered promptly. These are Christmas presents so at this time I don’t know how they work/hold up. I will definitely let you know in January! Great customer service!

I did not expect the offer of replacement when my package was stolen from the mailbox. Plateful definitely has great policies and integrity. My item was a Christmas gift and was so pleased. It was a very pleasant experience.
I decided to cancel my order a few hours after I placed it. The response was quick, even over the holiday weekend. Because of this, I may just order this product in the future. Thank you!
My wife and I bought (2) of the sauté pans and 2 cutting boards based on their adds. While the cutting boards are titanium, they tend to dull knives quite quickly. The pans (sold as titanium non-stick pans) are neither titanium or nonstick! They are in fact quite magnetic indicating they contain either iron or a low grade steel. As for the nonstick, try cooking scrambled eggs on a very low temperature using butter. You will find the nonstick claim is BS.
My advise, if you are looking for high quality steel cook wear go with All-Clad, I've had mine for 20 years and they still out perform anything else we have ever looked at.

I purchased the warming mat and it was so nice to have it on time for Thanksgiving. I did not need to use stereo this year. This was so much safer. I just purchased the cutting board and am waiting to receive it. I bought a second one for my daughter in law.

My wife and I accidently ordered this product at the same time without either of us realizing the other had done so. I was a little panicked because we did not want 4 of these Items. I contacted Plateful via their Webpage and explained the circumstances and asked for the refund. To be perfectly honest I was really surprised with the quick response. They cancelled the duplicate order and refunded the charge. Great Service and understanding.

We first ordered the fry pan and absolutely loved it! It works exactly as advertised. It cooks great and is ever so easy to clean. This led to us ordering the set that just came out. We cannot wait for it to arrive. I’m hoping they will release a smaller fry pan soon.

I ordered my titanium pan lid and cutting board on October 23, 2025 and it delivered on November 22,2025. Probably the worst communication and delivery experience I’ve had. Plateful customer service was actually very prompt and professional with email response, but to give an example of how bad the delivery was, FedX messaged me for 4 days in a row “out for delivery” and it actually arrived on day 4 after 6:00pm. The pan is certainly not nonstick unless you put plenty of oil/animal fat in the bottom and make certain the item doesn’t stick when placed in the pan. Rice pilaf was also a challenge yielding dry and under cooked rice which also stuck to the bottom of the pan. All in all it is a very expensive plain metal pan which defeats the purpose of having nonstick cook wear in the first place. On the flip side the cutting board is very user friendly and is the best I own. No issues at all and would recommend and definitely buy again. To save money buy yourself a heavy stainless pan and forget the titanium pan.

The Platelful Company answered my concern by email quickly and without any attempt to sway me to keep it, even though the problem was on my end. A refund was issued and the item accidentally ordered was cancelled even before I was able to look through my emails! I would not hesitate to recommend your company to family and friends and to use it again myself.

I had ordered two of the warming mats so I could stop borrowing them from my friend! When I got the delivery only one mat arrived. I contacted Plateful customer service by email who answered within an hour! I just had to send a picture of the single box and shipping label. They confirmed with distribution/shipping and within a day the second mat was processed and shipped. Their customer service agents were friendly, competent and highly communicative throughout the process. I've had horrible customer service lately from several other on-line companies after being stuck using AI bots to try and resolve issues. This was a refreshing change.
Makes me inclined to do some Christmas shopping on Plateful!
