I paid for 6 months and received 3. Now they want a credit card number to send the remaining 3 months I have already paid for. I found out after starting the medicine in July that I was to have had a video conference with a Dr Scott Sanderson. That never happened. I am planning on reporting them to the Attorney General if this is not taken care of. I do have a number that answers when you call and their hands are tied. They don’t even have a customer service phone number. I was told today that this number will expedite my concerns (more like complaints) to the proper people. If I don’t get a call or email by tomorrow I am to call the number back. I would NEVER suggest anyone use this company. I’m fearful now that the meds are even safe. Again, I paid for 6 months and got the first 3 months. Crickets regarding the 2nd 3 months. If I could give this company a zero stars I would. Buyer beware!

No matter which package you choose, 6 months or 1 year… our standard practice is to provide medication in 3-month supplies. This ensures the medication remains fresh and effective, since by law prescriptions expire after 90 days.
About two weeks before your 4th month begins, we’ll send you a refill intake form to complete. This allows the doctor to review your progress, make sure everything is on track with your weight loss journey, and prescribe the next 3-month supply. Your refill is shipped out before your current supply runs out, so your treatment continues without interruption.
This process not only keeps your medication safe and effective but also gives your doctor the opportunity to monitor your results and support you along the way.

Never received, total scam
I ordered 7 days ago and went through all the protocols and was approved within a few hours. It said it would ship in 2-3 days.
After 5 days I was concerned it hadn't shipped so I first contacted them through chat, which was AI. It said it would escalate my case.
Still hearing nothing on day 6, I emailed them and got the same AI response as chat, and again said they worked escalate my case.
Today, on day 7, I filed a dispute with my credit card.

I placed my order on 10/6/2025. It has been on doctor approved status for a week. I have chatted with them (bot) regarding my order and it tells me that my order will be processed soon. I was very excited about getting back on glp-1 after my insurance would not cover it. My friend highly recommended RX Pros. Her 2 cousins have had alot of success with RX Pros glp-1 and said they recieve their orders quickly. I feel let down. I paid $399.00 and no medication has been shipped out.
UPDATE: I spoke with an representative at their toll free number and the issue has been resolved. The representative escalated the order. I am awaiting for my order to arrive. The representative was very professional and helpful.
