I have been waiting for over a month now for a refund after being let down by Allzone! I have followed the instructions give by both Allzone and Sequra, they have all the relevant documents to say that Allzone has cancelled the order and that a refund is authorised but even after a telefone conversation to Sequra they still will not refund the monies already paid! You have the documents, I’ve done what you instructed me to do via the telephone call! Now where’s the refund!

SeQura is a safe and great way to buy something and pay in deposits. I have done it a few times now, especially with a large amount and paid the item off slowly. Sequra is not only trustworthy but friendly and they do help you with any questions and problems you have. I very much recommend them.

After i place an order with allzone that was in stock is have choose for sequra as payment method. Unfortunately allzone have not do further steps after i ask cancelation order because they not accept delivery date. Many times i contact allzone and sequra after the cancelation but they not give any reaction and let me pay for canceled order.

Absolutely love this company. Everything is so seamless. They always reply quickly to emails and have always been very helpful. I closed one of my loans early and they recalculated the settlement figure and closed off immediately. I would always have this company as my first choice for lending.

The customer service is abysmal, to put it lightly. It's as if intelligence is a foreign concept to them. They constantly interrupt and when you try to voice a complaint, they dismiss it without a second thought. And let's talk about their so-called "payment pause" offer. It's a joke. When you call to inquire about it, they flip the script entirely. With a mocking laugh, they tell you it's your problem and demand payment today, threatening legal action if you don't comply. I don't have an issue with paying my bills, but dealing with their customer service is an exercise in frustration. Gabriela and Daniel/David, in particular, are the epitome of incompetence and obvious reading disabilities.

En primer lugar, bien hecho con sus reseñas hechas a medida.
El servicio al cliente es abismal, por decirlo suavemente. Es como si la inteligencia fuera un concepto extranjero para ellos. Interrumpen constantemente y cuando intentas expresar una queja, la descartan sin pensarlo dos veces. Y hablemos de su supuesta oferta de "pausa en el pago". Es una broma. Cuando llamas para preguntar al respecto, cambian completamente el guion. Con una risa burlona, te dicen que es tu problema y exigen el pago hoy mismo, amenazando con acciones legales si no cumples. No tengo problema en pagar mis facturas, pero lidiar con su servicio al cliente es un ejercicio en frustración. Gabriela y Daniel/David, en particular, son el epítome de la incompetencia y de obvias discapacidades de lectura.

Es una empresa formal y me ayudo a poder realizar una compra financiada,en un momento que no me venía bien gastar.
