Super easy and functional design
Fast delivery of an amazing product!
Slow process and horrible communication.
Spent $12,000. They took my money at time of order. It took over a month to get my products. No customer support or communication. Not impressed at all.

pre-order still not shipped
I placed an order (#HLNA11627) on June 30th during the pre-order phase, expecting to receive early access to the product as promised. Today, weeks later, my order still hasn’t been shipped.
The company claims the item is already in the U.S. and that they’re doing their best to ship it, but that’s not an acceptable excuse at this point. They offered me two options: either cancel the order or receive a 5% discount on a future purchase.
I don’t want to cancel — I made the effort to buy during the pre-order to get it first. But when the product was released, I saw it available on Amazon with next-day delivery, while mine (from the official store!) hasn’t even been shipped yet.
This is extremely frustrating and disappointing for a company of this size.

Great service!
Scammers
They are scammers and won't help you when you have a problem. They don't have a visible Return Policy page on their website, so they handpick whether you can return the product for free or if you have to cover all the costs. You email them about the issue and they give you vague, empty replies just to waste time until the return window has expired.
Don't buy from them — if you run into a problem or receive a faulty product, you'll pay the price.

Hollyland was responsive and the product is outstanding. Highly recommend the Solidcom SE. I hope they will consider a different shipper; FedEx was horrible.
Service, service AND service!
The company is staffed by individuals who ARE there to assist its customers. Messages are ALWAYS responded to quickly and orders are processed promptly and sent quickly and safely. There isn't much to add to this. I've
been a Hollyland customer ever since I found them at a trade show and will continue to their customer! That was three or four years ago! I also need to add one other thing: their products are wonderful!

Horrible support
Great experience with the microphone, horrible with the support.
I've asked only a simple thing: where can I buy the usb-c receiver, as I've lost it.
They start told me to login on the site, open a ticket, write a request to the after sale etc.. now I can't even login cause the site have a bug and doesn't charge the captcha.

Great, but only in mono
The Hollyland Lark M2 lavaliere mics are incredible! They are a a massive bargain, high quality voice recording, superior noise reduction, incredible wireless range. The one and only issue I have is that there is no way to send the 2 mics to separate inputs. Both mics are sent to your recording app as a mono file. If they could update the receivers to allow for true stereo recording they would have one of the greatest mobile mic kits ever!
Good Gear w/ Great Support
I bought the combo mic set and it works good. I had so many questions for the support team and they came through with so much assistance every time! Worth the mid price!!
Never got it.
Looking back at it after weeks had passed, I realized I never got one in the mail. I've been too busy to pay attention if anything was dropped in front of the house, but I check my mailbox every few days. I did not even get the product, and you guys constantly remind me to send a product review. Thank you

Stay away from Hollyland
I bought the Lark M1 mic expecting it to work out of the box — it didn’t. I spent nearly a month in back-and-forth communication with Hollyland support, which turned out to be completely unhelpful. Their responses were repetitive and led nowhere. No real troubleshooting, no clear guidance, and no accountability.
They even asked me twice to record a video showing my setup — which I did — but it made no difference. I also submitted an after-sales support ticket through their website, which was canceled without any follow-up.
The product never worked as advertised. I missed an important recording deadline and had to spend over €100 on another microphone just to complete my work.
Hollyland was a complete waste of time and money. I cannot recommend Hollyland — from product to support, the experience was a total failure.

I bought a Hollyland Lark M1 Directly from Hollyland. It didn't work. Even after adjusting the recording volume, recordings remained so low.
I sent multiple (5) emails requesting a refund. They simply kept sending responses on how to trouble shoot.
NEVER buy their product!!!
