A few years back I used this service not once but twice under different emails and not only did I get the same "prepaid" emails they send out claiming the email is taylor'd to just u , I got the same run around 2+ years later this company is garbage and they write the reviews u read on here anyone who deals with this company will be scammed and not get the unlock code u needed and will get offered "store credit " THEY SCAM PEOPLE ON A DAILY BASIS STILL GOING STRONG OVER 2 YEARS LATER SAME RESULTS! I am traveling and I needed a phone unlocked. This company had great reviews on TrustPilot and Google. Therefore, on Friday, October 3, 2025, I paid $27.99 to have my phone unlocked. I was told that most cases take 72 hours and some take longer. For the next 72 hours I kept receiving updates that they were working on my case. After 72 hours, I received another e-mail saying that they will keep trying for the next two weeks and I would receive store credit if they could not unlock the phone. They also threatened to blacklist the phone if I attempted a chargeback.
On October 7, I happened to look at my debit card bill and found that they charged me twice. I asked them to remove the charge and provided photo evidence that I was charged twice. They replied but did not resolve my issue. Since October 7, I have not heard from them when I was hearing from them everyday.
I found this odd. Therefore, I began to search the company on Reddit and the Better Business Bureau’s website. Many customers received the exact same emails I did without having their phones unlocked. I became concerned that this might be a scam. Therefore, I want to warn others, please avoid this company at all costs and do not fall for the same tricks I did.

Blacklist Concern – Blacklisted devices only occur when we unlocked the device and we receive a Chargeback or it is stolen property (either unauthorized purchase or fraud). This is not Fraud so there would be no risk to you device
Duplicate Charge – We reviewed this case and confirmed we only received one transactions which was already refunded in full and receipt was sent to you yesterday. As for the second charge that was a failed transaction which your bank would void and would fall off your account. If you believe there’s still an issue, please reach out directly so we can verify it.
Time frame – The 72 hours stated is an average estimate, and some devices, depending on carrier and manufacturer restrictions, require more time. Our team continues working on those orders even past that estimate until we have exhausted all options.

I made payment as expected was given 1-72hours timeframe, right after i got an email saying the 1-72 hours is an estimated meanwhile it wasn't stated on thier main page either. Now it almost 3 months and whenever I text them they are asking for a higher price for me to pay so they get it unlocked. Per thier refund policy its states that if they can't unlock, I'll be refunded yet they're refusing to do the needful. Please save your money and do not try, they'll scam you

Very stressful experience with the unlocking company. They promise to unlock my phone between 1 to 72 hours. It's been 144 hours and I've paid for my phone to be unlocked. I have emailed and phoned and they still haven't got back to me. Out of frustration I went to s phone shop in the high street and they unlocked my phone within 10 minutes. Don't go anywhere near this company. Save your money and go to your local phone shop.

They are scammers. They will make you promises and then fail to deliver. They will continually threaten to blacklist your phone if you complain to your bank or cc company. I gave them more than enough time to unlock my phone. When I asked for a refund they refused. My bank opened a dispute with their bank and I got my money back thankfully.
