Tradexmastery is good, but I will advise them to speed up the rate of their payout. It took me more than a month before I got my payout which is not supposed to be that long.

Their customer support was fast, active and responsive.

Beware…well calculated payout delay!! Stay Away!!

Successfully passed a one step challenge. Waited 8 days before I could request a payout.. It was held over 26 working days (excluding holidays and weekends) only to be denied immediately the day that I went on drawdown therefore lost the account. Please stay away from this prop firm..especially if you are not a member of the MLM

It’s not fair..held the account since September only to lose it mid November and zero payout due to the delay.

If the payouts were approved normally, I had well over $10k I had put my hours into which would in return would have compensated my time.

Pretty good prop, have improved in some areas, room for improvement in others

The challenge rules are really nice. The customer service speed has greatly improved. My experience with customer service has been good. Unfortunately, the payouts take really long. Some competitors are 48 hours. I had to wait 21 days on $1100 withdrawal (which I guess is considered a large withdrawal but this is actually small).

A Very Disappointing and Untrustworthy Experience

One of my friends told me about a platform called Tradex Mastry. Since I own a financial services and brokerage company, I introduced this company to some clients and trainees. Unfortunately, all of them ended up losing their accounts — except for me.

I personally achieved profits of $1,965 on a $200,000 funded account. I passed the first challenge (10%) and the second challenge (5%), and even exceeded 18% total performance. It took me more than a month of consistent trading to reach these results.

But after requesting my payout, everything changed.

I waited two months without receiving any of my money, and I did not get any response from the company — not even an update about when the funds would be processed. This happened despite the company’s own policy stating that withdrawals require 21 business days.

My experience clearly shows that this company violates its own policies and holds clients’ funds, which is unacceptable. I became extremely frustrated, to the point where it affected my trading decisions and made me lose confidence in trading altogether.

Not A Trustworthy Company

It’s important to go with a trustworthy prop firm and TradeXMastery is NOT that. I made over $10,000 in profit over a month ago without breaking a rule. Then once I requested a payout they waited over a month to deny my payout and close my account, claiming I broke a rule under section “10.3.13”

I’ve reached out to support and no one has been able to answer my simple questions. Which are:

1. If I broke a rule how come my account wasn’t closed the day I broke it?

2. How can you guys say I broke a rule when I never even got close to my daily drawdown or max drawdown? Which are THE ONLY 2 RULES you have on your website for the challenge

3. What is section “10.3.13 overleverage” mean in numbers. How can someone over leverage? (Give me an example with numbers and lot sizes) and show how I violated this.

4. How can you feel comfortable scamming people?

One star is too much. Screenshots provided as proof.

I have been asking for a refund on two accts (that were never activated) for almost a month. You WILL NOT get support or customer service, you will be ignored, tickets closed without resolving and treated like you are a problem and they don't have time for you, no matter how polite your are. I have provided screenshots of how awefull they have been and they don't care because they are still getting paid their hourly wage. This company has to be a front for something, I don't see how they wan to be in "business" with CS like this. AND for what I am reading, they don't pay in a timely manner, even with all the money you will bring in they will take more than 20 days to pay a withdraw. STAY AWAY.

According to our internal records, our team located the BTC payments and explained that the automatic granting failed due to a small shortfall. Even so, we offered to waive the difference and immediately grant both challenges, but you chose a full refund which we respect completely. To issue that refund, the Accounting team required a valid wallet address because the previous addresses would have redirected the funds back to the originating platform. You later provided a new wallet, and a refund for your unused challenge was processed to that address, with the standard 7 to 10 business day window for availability.

We also regret that some tickets were closed before the matter was fully resolved. Our support is not live, so responses can take time, although you should never feel ignored while waiting for updates. The repeated requests for screenshots were required so the Accounting team could match each step of the payment and confirm the correct refund path. We understand why this felt repetitive and we apologize for the inconvenience.
