Update: Yes, ULYS did reply on 10/10/2025. They are asking me to return a device that I did not receive!

The timeline of my order is as follows:
1) 15 July 2025 I ordered my Telepeage device. Your system said it would deduct EUR 1.00 from my bank account as a test
2) 12 August 2025 ULYS dispatched the device to my address *when I was already in France*
3) 20 August 2025 ULYS said the device arrived at my house (it did not)
4) 20 August 2025 ULYS said the EUR 1.00 deduction from my bank account failed
5) 25 August 2025 ULYS send an email asking me to pay EUR 40.00 for a service that won't work because the EUR 1.00 test transaction failed, and I didn't receive the device
6) 9 September 2025 ULYS send an email saying I owe you money +18% per year
7) 29 September 2025 ULYS send an email saying I owe you money +18% per year
Now please see attached confirmation of my ferry booking, leaving Dover on 11 August 2025.
I ordered the device *one month* before leaving the UK. One month should be plenty of time for you to test the EUR 1.00 deduction from my bank account and deliver the device.
For obvious reasons, you should have performed the EUR 1.00 test transaction *before* sending the device. If the transaction failed you would never send the device. Why did ULYS send the device before trying the test transaction??! What is ULYS's logic behind this?
Even if the test transaction had been successful, I could not have used the device because it was supposedly delivered on 20 August 2025, 9 days after I left the UK!
The situation is ridiculous. Is it a joke? I am *NOT* paying for a service that should have failed at the EUR 1.00 test transaction.
Furthermore, all communication is in French so I've had to get all ULYS emails translated.
Please confirm that you will not chase me for any money. I owe you nothing and will post this all over social media if necessary.

Straight forward, nothing to talk about, which is exactly what one wants.
I ordered on 1st september, with 4 days delivery time. They delivered with a delay of 26 days! It comes on 30 September, after I already left country, so I just can not used. It's just not acceptable to have a 26 days delsy. 1 star for you Ulys, because I can't give you zero!

Ulys has really made my life easier when it comes to electronic toll payment. Just because I`m not from France I was charged with 120 Euro as deposit... witch is OK, but they select for delivery POSTA ROMANA (movement of continental plates are slower...), so in one word, after more than 10 days (12 to be exactly) I still didn`t receive my badge...
So I have 2 proposal:
- Create a pre-pay plan, with a deposit of 10-25 Euro, and possibility of charge with amount of money I think I pay for tolls;
- Choose a delivery company that really deliver (this century ...)

I applied for a ULYS account on 2/8/25 and was told the token would be se'nt on 6/8/25. On looking at the ULYS website it said there could be a delay of 10 days due to the popularity of their service. I needed the account to visit Italy on 15/9/25. The token had still not arrived when I left. It finally arrived while I was away on 17/9/25. This was over 6 weeks from order. I have now cancelled the service and returned the token.

They say,within 48 hours after making the profile,the badge will be ativated!!
It's a Big lie.
So after 14 days we leave to france with NOT ACTIVATED badge.
We payed 10 euro for the badge,in auto5,in Ninove Belgium,they didnt warn us for this usual problem.
Then we had to pay 1 euro from the creditcard account,to TRY if it works.
So we even could not use it ,but we allready payed 11 euro in total.
We were so devastated,that we wanted to stop that account,because i didnt trust nothing anymore about it.
So,we had to find somebody who was french to help,also with translation.
You know what happened then?
We MUST send the badge,"that WE payed 11 euro" and never could use,we had to send it to vinci,autoroutes,because we otherwise got a fine of 30 euro.
WTF????
So Again 12 euro to send it to them.
And when you go to playstore to download the app,
There is 1 in dutch.
NO,only French.
Pure scam i find it.
And I think the Good recencies are all fake.
The client support also Sucks!
Or they dont pick up,or hang up ,and when they finally pick up,they are very unfriendly.
This was half of september.
Mails,they answer very late,and So on.

Dreadful experience trying to get it set up. Ordered a device on 22/8 still waiting to process the order a month later. Download a paper direct debit mandate and send it to your bank???Really?? My bank laughed at me. They are currently experiencing an attack by spammers. The website redirects when you try and submit a support ticket. Support is non-existent. When you can get a reply they tell you to click links that don't exist. They are advising users 'not to trust' emails being sent as they could be spam - but then tell me they sent an email requesting more details and to check my spam folder if I didn't recieve it. Joke company. Avoid.
