WARNING to all REALTORS: this company is either not interested or capable of fulfilling their obligations, and when they are challenged, they make excuses or delay, and or pretend they cannot find you account profile to correct matters. This is a strategy. They play it off like they are working toward a solution but weeks go by with zero results. My recommendation is to stay away. Their marketing and platform strategy may appear to be well designed, but in actuality, their execution and support accomplish very little to nothing to help you achieve your business goals as a realtor.

I recently switched from SendGrid to Brevo, and honestly, it was the best decision I have made for my email setup. The whole process was unbelievably fast and simple , The domain verification, DKIM setup, and SMTP configuration took just a few minutes.
What impressed me most is how smooth everything runs. Brevo’s interface is super clean, easy to navigate, and packed with useful tools like automation, templates, and detailed analytics. Even the free plan with 300 emails/day is more than generous . It is perfect for startups, developers, or small businesses.
Email deliverability is excellent,
every message lands straight in the inbox, unlike the constant tweaking I had to do with SendGrid. The reliability and simplicity Brevo offers are just on another level.
If you are tired of complicated setups or unreliable email tools, give Brevo a try it is fast, stable, and honestly a game changer.
Brevo charged me £233 without notice…
Brevo charged me £233 without notice for a service I didn’t authorise or use. I asked for a refund immediately, but they’ve ignored me ever since. Poor compliance and zero customer care!!

Terrible experience with Conversations functionality on WhatsApp chats. We cannot see user responses. The issue was not identified by the platform, and now when we surely know it's happening there is no response from support. Do reach out immediately and escalate as a top priority!!!

Best Customer Support Eva!
As a new client - I was not sure what to expect. I did require some Customer Support. Brevo Customer Support is 100% the best support I have dealt with. A bloke named Komal B - just seemed to be the one who had to guide me. On one day it was 3 or 4 back n forth messages and the following day 1 message finalised the problem.
With most companies getting this done would have been 2 weeks at least and different people. Love to stay with Brevo for ever - Keep it up Brevo!!

Total disappointment after years as an Enterprise customer
Our experience with Brevo has been extremely disappointing. After years as Enterprise customers, at the time of renewal we were faced with an opaque negotiation, after years of continuous price increases, and a total lack of commercial flexibility.
Even worse, the migration from the Enterprise plan to the self-service plan — which was promised to us for a specific date — was handled with days of delay and in an absolutely chaotic manner: for several days we were unable to send any emails, whether newsletters, transactional, or automation. This caused us a concrete economic loss, since email marketing is a fundamental part of our business.
Support turned out to be slow and ineffective: tickets opened without response for hours, promises of internal escalations with no rapid resolution, and constant back-and-forth.
It is unacceptable that a platform that presents itself as “reliable” can completely block a client’s activity without providing timely and concrete solutions.
A service like this is simply not up to the needs of companies that rely on email marketing as a vital communication and sales channel.
I cannot recommend Brevo to anyone looking for a serious and reliable partner.

Corporate account
I manage a corporate account with hundreds of sub-accounts. We primarily use marketing campaigns and handle almost everything through the API with the Go SDK. Despite a few minor defects, the system is straightforward, handles heavy loads well, and offers a complete set of endpoints.
Support is responsive, pricing is fair, and the overall logic is clear.
A few downsides:
- Occasional unexpected service outages.
- API documentation around contact verification could be clearer.
- Blocks occur too easily in North American regions.
I don't get how and why it got so many…
I don't get how and why it got so many stars. I gave a try but the emails are never received (it's been 30min, still nothing). Lot of time wasted to set everything up, DKIM, integration and all, for nothing. The UI is nice BUT the service is not efficient. Run.

Scammers
I applied for SMS services through this company, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. First, a representative named Shreya asked me to create a form on my website, then completely disappeared. A week later, they assigned me a new representative, Sanchit, who told me to add checkboxes and links, only to later tell me to remove them—and then he also vanished. Now a third person is repeating the exact same cycle.
It has been over two months, my money is being deducted, and I am still stuck at the same point. This company drags cases endlessly, wastes time, and provides no real service. They are nothing more than scammers.
