The 2 gentlemen that delivered the table were very professional and friendly. they took less than 20 mins to dismantle my old table and installed the new one altogether. the clean up the place and removed all the carton boxes and the wrapping. BRAVO to your team !

The online cataloge was easy to shop. The color swatches took a little long to arrive, but we're quite accurate. The tools have helped with selecting rugs sizes, styles and picking coffee tables. Customer service helped me to add white glove service and to return a rug that was the wrong size. That was my mistake. I love the furniture I have received. I would recommend Castley.

I was a little hesitant after reading reviews, however I had the most amazing experience and the couch came on the early end of the delivery estimation. I could not have had a better experience, and the couch is beautiful. 10/10 would recommend!

Gorgeous couch and beautiful on delivery, but after ~50 days I realized it’s excessively firm and caused numbness, back pain, and nerve damage that required therapy. I expected it to break in. It never did. Castlery refused a return past the 30-day window. Now I’m stuck with an expensive couch I can’t sit on. Anyone want a rock-hard couch? I got you!

One of the new sofa that was delivered to us had a scratch/tear, so we contacted Castlery via Whatsapp. I was assisted by Eli and Ann and was very pleased with their help and service. They were super prompt in their replies and very helpful in figuring out solution, where they ended up replacing our sofa.
Aside from this, when we visited the store, we were assisted by Assistant Manager Najib. He was superb, as not only was he knowledgeable about the products, but he was also able to ensure we could maximise our discounts and rebates.
It was indeed a pleasure to have visited this store and to be serviced by competent, helpful and nice person. :)

EDIT: NOW THEY ARE SAYING REPLACEMENT WOULD TAKE 16-17 WEEKS. PARTS WERE LEFT DUMPED AND THEY WANT US TO WAIT WITHOUT A BED FOR MONTHS!!!
Avoid this company at all costs. We paid almost $2,000 for a storage bed with White Glove delivery and waited weeks for the scheduled assembly. On the delivery day, their team arrived and immediately informed us the wrong parts were sent and the bed could not be assembled. We had already disposed of our old bed based on the delivery date they provided.
I called customer service while the assembly team was standing in my home confirming the issue, and even after receiving photos showing the incorrect parts, customer service claimed they still “need to investigate” before sending replacements. This is unacceptable when their own team verified the mistake.
Additionally, the pieces arrived dirty, covered in fingerprints, despite paying extra for White Glove service. No explanation was given.
We are now left with no bed, unusable parts, and a company refusing to take responsibility. I regret not checking the reviews here first. I will be sharing this experience across all platforms so others are aware of how this company treats its customers.

We purchased a large rug for our dining room. it is stained and has a pervasive, unpleasant odour. We have had to move it to a plant room because the smell is making our house uninhabitable.
Contacted the support team via Chat on Website as there is no number to call and no one answers the Whatsapp mesaging system and was promised action and nothing. One to aviod in the UK.

If I could give Castlery zero stars, I would. This company has absolutely no respect for customers, their time, or their own commitments. I ordered a bed weeks ago, and what followed was a never-ending circus of broken promises, false delivery windows, and total radio silence from customer “support” — if you can even call it that.
Castlery repeatedly scheduled delivery windows and then ignored them, sending drivers at random times and dates that were nowhere near what they confirmed. I lost multiple workdays waiting for deliveries that never showed up — literally sitting in my home for hours on end because they promised they’d arrive. They didn’t. Not once. Not twice. Multiple times.
And when I tried to get help? Nothing. Their customer support is essentially nonexistent. Emails go unanswered, calls go nowhere, and every interaction feels like they’re doing everything possible to avoid taking responsibility for anything.
At this point, I don’t even care if the bed is good — the experience has been such a complete nightmare that I would never buy from this company again. No customer should have to miss work, chase down a delivery team that can’t follow its own schedule, or beg for basic communication.
Save yourself the headache, the stress, and the wasted time. Castlery does not keep their word, does not respect their customers, and does not deliver what they promise. Shop literally anywhere else.

Thank you to Castlery Sydney Showroom provided me with an excellent service from start to finish. They helped me (Sally, I can not thank you enough) in the selection of the furniture best suited for my apartment, by spending 2 hours selected each item and using the floor plans I brought with me to assure me of sizing and spacing.
The follow up service right through to after the delivery was excellent!!

Received product with defect but was told by customer service thats what happens to leather naturally. There was bumps inside the side of the couch. Only option was to pay to have it return or replaced. Only after I submitted a refund they offered a discount of $100 of a purchase over 1500. customer service is a joke and will never purchase from this company again.
