Poor service disappointing
Ordered tv online on 4th Dec 6 days later still no tv delivered. Very very disappointing. Contacted customer helpline absolutely no reply very very poor service DID. Won't be ordering anything from you again
Fridge freezer
The delivery came within the time frame I was given. The guy even helped me get the old fridge freezer out. It was intergrated and I live alone, it was very kind of him.

I'd like to leave a review about the electronics store. I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the products. Everything is clean, neat, and convenient, the selection is extensive, and the prices are reasonable.

Fitbit
Looking for particular item, Fitbit. Seen on another shops website. Decided to check DID and it was €50 cheaper. Ordered straight away online, very quick and got a collection email in short time. Staff member efficient. Had it close by and checked out with great ease.

Terrible customer service
I placed an order 9 days ago (7 business days since day of order) and have received no response to any form of contact. I have tried serval times over many days to ring, used their contact form and sent an email - all to no response. My order was worth €500 and besides and email to confirm placing my order I’ve had no update as to when it might arrive or what the status of the order is. A delivery slot of 2-5 days was promised. I live in Dublin so it’s not an out of reach area. Mostly disappointed in the lack of customer service. This product is available in lots of other stores but chose DID as they have a store near me and are Irish. Won’t be ordering from them ever again. Hoping I eventually receive my order and if not will go into store to try get an explanation or refund so I can buy it elsewhere.

Great customer service
I recently placed an order and it had not shipped for some time after contacting customer service I dealt with a fantastic human called Seán, he addressed the issue and had the items dispatched by next morning, he was great to deal with, very honest and ensured my items got shipped asap. At this time of year a customer service role can be very demanding but nothing was too much trouble for him and it was a great end to a somewhat rocky start!
