I was promised a £25 voucher if I booked a holiday with them. I booked the holiday and received an email confirming the voucher. On return from holiday they did not give me the voucher. I complained and their response was, 'not sure what's happened, but go and contact the company that we use to issue the vouchers and sort it out with them'.
Their useless AI robots will respond to this message by apologising and then asking for me to send in my details so they can look into this matter for me. I have done this on three occasions, and they don't look into it.
Cancelled flight (37€). I tried to "rebook for free" a new (with the portal) but that didn't worked for me. I learnt after the flight, that worked for other customers of my canceled flight. I paid a new one (175€) with easy jet again, and asked a refund of this one to have "rebook for free". But they "can't" because I already took the flight...

She looked after my wife and baby as if they were family, making sure they were both hydrated and comfortable and helping my wife with the baby belt etc.
Very friendly and helpful crew overall but Angela definitely stood out. Please give her a pay rise.
The person could not help me with my problems, they do not have information about how much bags cost at the airport or why my account is not working. Besides, if you have to change an Easyjet flight is super-expensive.

Really good website with easy navigation and access to prices for different departure dates, which are very useful if your dates are flexible.
Unfortunately had to cancel the holiday due to flight departure changes, but my deposit was refunded immediately in the form of holiday credit.
Only 4☆ given as we booked with Easyjet for the convenient flight times, but disappointed that the flight times were moved to a time we couldn't work with.
They are very helpful, made a quick changes when was needed. Helped a lot and they are humans in the end and understand situations.
I just wanted to buy hold lugagge for 2 of the flights on my booking but the website doesn't allow for that option not even through the a customer advisor's system. The only option I'm left with is buying it at the airpot risking to pay much more. Seriously mindblowing, every flight experience is like being scammed.
The call handler was poor, he was eating it chewing whilst talking to me and unfortunately he had a very strong accent. When I said my Mum needed support through the airport I explained she did not have a physical disability and he said to me is she mental!!! My Mum is simply elderly and lacking experience and confidence clearly there is no box for that. I have no faith that this is sorted
our flight was due to leave at 7am before we left i tas delayed untill 940 but still required us to check in at 5am flight then pushed back till 11am at 1035 they tell us to go to gate and within 15mins they inform us flight is cancelled no communication from staff at boarding they keep us there till 1130 to then 5ell us we are being transfered to arrivals were were promised a manager was going to speak to us that never happened and there was no other flights going out so had no choice but to request refund only to be told they won't reimburse my accomadation or travel.if they would of being upfront I could of tried to transfer my flight from another airport after flying with Easyjet for 30years sadly that will be my last totally disgusted

If you have the option, choose any other airline. Since they’ve gone “digital,” which essentially means outsourcing many of their standard processes, there’s no accountability when something goes wrong. You’ll almost always be redirected to a third-party company for customer service or complaints. If they lose something, that’s yet another outsourced service to deal with. And the chatbots? Completely unhelpful and unable to provide meaningful answers.
Honestly, don’t gamble with your travel plans. Pick another airline — ideally one where, if anything goes wrong, you can speak with a real human being (someone who isn’t just reading from a script).
