I collected my click and collect order of BRITA MAXTRA PRO water filters this morning from the Queen Street store in London. I love coming to this store as it brings back happy memories when I used to shop with my partner (who regrettably died in 2019). The sales clerks were very helpful and collected my order for me which I truly appreciated. The service was fast and efficient and the goods at Robert Dyas are excellent and very competitively priced. It is a great store and if you need to speak to their customer service department by telephone the assistance is superbly helpful!!
Overall good service & product acceptable
Communication was good, product arrived promptly & well packaged, however product was acceptable & looks nice but not in perfect condition when opened. Overall quite satisfied.

This unit exceeded my expectations on all points. Looks great and well made and packaged with 3 year warranty.!!
Sound quality is superb with plenty of bass from the subwoofer which faces downwards. Cd playing is easy with lovely sound. Play my tv through it by bluetooth and can now hear clearly speech and music also play YouTube music with amazing choice of my old favourites but with new sound dimension. It's GREAT. 5 out of 5.

The Delivery was awful
The Delivery was awful the Microwave was not delivered on Saturday as you notified me and payed extra for this. Yodel stated they tried and no answer, Yet I was in , no doorbell or knock and van in my street, it was delivered on Monday, dumped on my doorstep in an broken box, yes driver did knock.
Please use another company to deliver your goods.
Great product - poor delivery
Great product. Fair price. Not delivered on time - had to ask where my order was. Requested delivery to parcel shop but delivered to my house instead.
Excellent product
Absolutely love this fire looks very expensive and fits well in our log cabin. Would definitely recommend this product and this company as the customer service is brilliant very quick delivery which I was informed of through out
No communication other than by phone
I disliked not being able to send a direct email, the slow cooker was in a box that had clearly been roughly opened, it was supposed to be a gift, I felt obligated to keep it myself a lesson learned
Stay clear of them
Ordered a bin storage unit, sent as 2 separate deliveries and only 1 arrived.
When I reached out I got 0 help. Despite the contract being between EVRI and Robert Dyas so I have no way to solve the issue apart from contact EVRI and Robert dyas (which I have tried both for several days now) So I’m left out of pocket with no product. Have to wait for the chargeback process with my bank

Bed from China delivered as expected
Ordered a bed from Robert Dyas on a Thursday evening and it arrived the following Monday as initially expected. The bed was self-assembly and all parts were in the packaging which was substantial and protected the wooden parts very well. Easily assembled too by one person.
Only downside was that the tracking didn't work so I had to call R.Dyas on the Monday to see when the package would arrive. It came within 2 minutes of my call!
Missing parts
Extremely disappointed. Box was all battered, parts were missing so couldn’t attach brush to the handle. Obviously no one had checked it before dispatch and wasn’t interested in the company reputation. Wouldn’t buy from the company again.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING COMPANY. Do not deal with. Ordered a bed came damaged, spoke to rude customer service agent who advised me to take photos and will send replacement, sent photos and after waiting 3 days they didn’t turn up (my mum had to stay at my house all day due to my work commitments so this was a waste of her day) then when it turned up I received the wrong replacement. (Again my mum waited in all day to receive this) Called and was advised I would again need to take photographs of all the parts! Requested refund but advised without photographs they would not issue refund! Shocking . My son has been without a bed for over two weeks and lying on a floor which is not healthy. It’s not even 1 * it’s 0 * The bed cost nearly £600 I would have been better going elsewhere with a reputable company. It’s an absolute mess . Aaron the supervisor did try and resolve the matter which I appreciate but still no way further forward and now they won’t collect bed until the 21st Oct! So my son will have no bed for 3 weeks now . Disgusting

Apalling customer service
Ordered 2 lights, both arrived damaged. Had to cancel the electrician which cost me. Arrin arranged for them to be collected which took 5 working days, plus someone to be at home all day for the collection. Called them 5 working days after collection and was by Pakka the replacement will be with you in 2 days. Then received a call to say the supplier was out of stock and they will be refunding me. Again had to cancel the electrician. Phoned another company who price matched with Robert Dyas, called the supplier who said they would have the light delivered to me the next day. Sounds like someone wasn't being honest. Supplier was Endon lighting. Will never use Robert Dyas again. Totally understand things can go wrong but this was apalling customer service. If you can find your product elsewhere then avoid using Robert Dyas.
