Worth the Struggle

I was trying to figure out why I was not seeing an external domain that I pointed to siteground after three days of waiting. I had to first deal with siteground's AI, which couldn't help me because it only dealt with the domains that were showing, not the ones that were still not showing. BUT... the END of the experience was great because when I finally figured out how to contact a HUMAN representative, he knew what he was doing. So, altho I had to wrestle with the AI rep to even get to the human, that's okay; AI will need to be trained and tweaked for it to be a good option. In the meantime, I LOVE SITEGROUND!

Awesome Follow Up Customer Care. 5 stars for sure!

I recently switched over to siteground for added security on my hosting. I then experienced an issue on the website which led to a little downtime. The team resolved it quickly but there were a few items I wasn't 100% sure about. I'm not a "techie" and so I didn't fully understand certain processes.

These team responded fast, explaining the technical parts in a way that was clear and easy to understand and even gave me a concession to make up for any downtime.

This level of service is appreciated and justfied the decision to switch over to Siteground.

Well done, all round. Happy to recommend them to others going forward for hosting & security services.
