Idiots installed a booster literally right next to the main BT WiFi router when installing Sky Q. Resulting interference caused my WiFi to be unreliable and caused us problems with work. Moron is t... See more

Sky mobile contracts without consent
I asked to change my mobile number due to threats and harassment to be told they can’t they have to send a new SIM card. I found out the hard way that Sky mobile has infact taken out a new SIM contract twice! Without my consent. At no point was I told I would be entering a new contract. Just that a would receive a new SIM with a new number. I was never told or asked to be put in a new 12 month contract. They also did not cancel the old SIM as they say they would. I was still paying for both! When I brought this to them it was very difficult to explain what had happened they made it very difficult to cancel it. Then I received a termination fee! For something I did not agree to in the first place! Absolutely disgusting. I have 3 lines with Sky and tv/broadband and this is how customers are repaid! Be very careful when dealing with them
The worst customer service I’ve ever…
The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’m happy now all my contracts have run out and I’ve finally left this shocking company. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with and the pathetic staff. Good bye
Awful Indian call centre experiences
There is a serious problem with your customer service when you reduce someone to tears when this was such a simple issue to sort.
Just had to console my partner, who only called you to advise she was sent 2 SIM cards for a new phone and couldn’t get a signal. Turned out that one of the sims was sent in error and she activated it. Called multiple times to request you move the number to the right sim… cue 6 different calls with 6 different people, all with the wrong answer.. cold transferred to the wrong department, claims you couldn’t match the original deal, rude offshore advisors.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I also had issues when I upgraded a couple of weeks ago, every single person gave a different answer and promised to resolve another simple issue when absolutely nothing was done. I’m going to complain to OFCOM.
AVOID SKY MOBILE
Where do i even start, took out my first contract with sky mobile within a couple weeks sky had blocked the imie number. Spent weeks with no service, passed over nearly 50-60 advisors who lied about the issue, it was work in my area..i needed a new sim..they finally unbocked it after 3 weeks for 1 day then blocked it again! I have been trying to cancel the contract as i never had 31 days continuous service from them through no fault of mine and again passed from agent to agent to agent trying to charge me! Worst mistake ever taking a mobile out with them.
ZERO STARS!
ZERO STARS!
Called about the TV price being wrong, thought it was sorted but no. Not only did they still try and charge incorrectly for the TV but they decided to re-contract my broadband which I did not ask for, agree to or even discuss. It's been weeks of constant phone calls, listening to their scripted apologises and lies.
Sky Customer Service with no Service.
Sky customer service just does not help.
You will be made to hold for ages, they will ask for information to prove you are the account holder, then either take 30 minutes pretending to look into your complaint, then cut you off, not phone back, or transfer you to an incompetent call adviser who then says they cannot authorise a call to a supervisor.
All advisers seem to be in another country, so cannot switch calls.
I have to date never ever dealt with such an incompetent helpline service. Ever. I will leave Sky at the earliest opportunity. Utter rubbish.
Attempted to join sky tv
Attempted to join sky tv on there essential ultimatetried to join online complete waste of time.
Telephoned to join explained exactly what I wanted gave them all the information name, address, email they just repeated everything over and over then finally the hard sell came with add ons which I didn't want so I told them sorry I just wanted ultimate package .thanked them and hung up .
Later they called me apologised for earlier they then through the whole questions again name address email d.o.b which i had given to them it was never ending.
Just hung.up.
Why is it so hard.to join Sky tv and make it so difficult
Avoid at any cost
Avoid at any cost. Terrible, terrible customer service. I've been with them for 3 years, every time there is a problem I need to take a day or 2 off of work to sort it as its very difficult to get to an agent, if you manage to get to an agent, they will transfer you to another agent and then to another. And it will take them ages to resolve your problem. They'll start by virtual assistant which is completely useless but you'll have to "speak" nonsense with it for half an hour until it connects you to an actual agent. Phone calls are also useless, last time I waited 15 minutes on the call for automatic transfer to a WhatsApp chat with...gues what....virtual assistant....then agent and then after 30 minutes another agent etc.
Just avoid.
What horrendous customer ‘care’
What horrendous customer ‘care’. ENDLESS waits on all phone calls; wrong information, 3 home visits booked to give me Talk and HUB delivered to my billing address (used by them for 8 years for TV) On day of installation ALL cancelled as SKY informed me that my address does not exist!!!!!! 9 hours of waiting on hold during 9 calls….NEVER getting to place I needed. I guess only my DD details exist but I do not?? Am disabled and elderly and found whole expereince stressful and scary…They made changes to my account to facilitate this “new” service - also cancelling my usual IT provider!!! but I am now left to sort out this gargantuan mess alone that they have made and I also have to return the HUB without a printer and only a bar code for print out to get parcel they delivered returned to them!!!!! I DETEST SKY-100%. Just one more thing..as I was writing this review an engineer called (3rd party from BT) to set up install time…..but after hearing this story said that SKY cannot run fibre to this area and he had no idea why he’d been called when everything had been canceled by SKY. What a bloody mess from an inefficient and ridiculous company!
Sky’s Customer Service is a Complete Disgrace
Sky is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Constant problems, no accountability, and endless scripted excuses. Their so-called “customer service” is a joke — no one takes ownership, and every reply feels like a copy-and-paste attempt to brush customers off.
They hide behind “cooling-off periods” while ignoring their legal duty to provide a proper service. Even after repeated failures, they refuse to let me leave the contract or offer any fair resolution.
Their complaint handling is appalling — long delays, contradictory information, and zero care for customers.
Avoid Sky at all costs — overpriced, unreliable, and completely indifferent to customers.
Hi spoke to sky customer services they…

I would rate this 0 stars
I would rate this 0 stars. Started the process of moving from virgin media to sky broadband as was a good deal. Engineer came out 7 October, fitted everything but told me I needed to ring sky as there was a problem with the box they sent. Called sky twice on 7 October to be told, your internet is fine and will work at midnight. Next day came, no internet as we took part in the switch virgin media had cut us off so we were without WiFi, I work from home and this is critical. Called sky broadband on 8 October, raised a complaint they told me city fibre hasn’t installed it correctly, told the earliest they could come out would be the 13 October but if an earlier slot comes available then they’ll change this for us. Got a text message on 13 October confirming our appointment has been changed to 11 October between 8am-1pm that city fibre would come. No engineer came on the Saturday, despite me calling and confirming they were; to then be told the appointment was never booked and it is going ahead on 13 October between 1pm-6pm. No engineer came on 13 October. Attempted to contact sky but not getting anywhere was told my complaint handler would call 14 October between 4pm-5pm. Still waiting for a call to this date. We’ve been without WiFi now since 7 October, doesn’t seem like sky cares so we’ve now started the process of moving elsewhere. Please don’t waste your time, good deals may seem good for your money but it’s not worth the stress of awful customer service.
Goes from bad to worse
Goes from bad to worse. Quite possibly the worst customer service in the history of mankind. I cant begin to explain how bad it is
Still No Phone, No Help, and No Response from Sky!
I’m very disappointed with Sky’s customer service. My Sky Mobile phone was marked as “delivered” by DPD on 30th September 2025, but I never received it. The parcel was signed for under my name “LAID,” which is incorrect — I was at work at that time and can prove it with CCTV.
DPD confirmed that the delivery driver didn’t verify any ID and told me to contact Sky for help. Since then, I’ve emailed Sky several times and tried their live chat, but no one responds or offers any solution.
It’s now October 10th, and my direct debit payments have already started even though I don’t have the phone. This is unacceptable for such a big company — no updates, no support, and no accountability.
I just want my phone or a refund. Sky, please take responsibility for your customer deliveries and start helping your customers properly!
They owe me money and will not pay me
They owe me money and will not pay me. 7 times lied to by their 3rd world customer service. Do not go with sky you have been warned. Criminal company that's going bust hence them ripping customers off. Nemo me impune lassist.
Customer service is rubbish the staff…
Customer service is rubbish the staff on the phone try to be helpful but they are indifferent to your concerns, I am now in debt because of a multi billion pound organisation who are so inhumane to people's ( loyal customers) concerns this is the Modern world we live in unfortunately. SKY YOU ARE SHOCKING I have contacted you about money you took out of my account for over 2 weeks now, only to be told 3 to 4 day's or anytime now like an infant.
Can’t give a 0 so gave 1… been a while…
Can’t give a 0 so gave 1… been a while and lots of complaints still issues seems to go on, just shows how their system is failing to work properly, functioning very poorly, and as an unreliable service providers still don’t get the customers point … sadly only promises but no solutions…
Awful tried to cancel and had to ring 3…
Awful tried to cancel and had to ring 3 separate numbers and still not completed .
2 hours wasted of my time , will try again tomorrow OMG ! Amazon here I come
I will never use sky again the customer…
I will never use sky again the customer services are in another country. They don’t understand general English. I was treated awfully by rude man who basically said take it or leave it after I was promised a discount and when I looked, not only was I not getting the discount they had taken away half my add-ons.
It’s not the first time they have tried to sneak my monthly bills up by so much they are a untrustworthy shameful company
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, very difficult to get through to a real person online and the virtual asistant was useless. When I finally did get through I spent over an hour with the sky colleague saying they would get me a better deal. The deal was to spend more than I had been offered with a different company and get less for my money- what a waste of time. Maybe they could try looking after their existing customers and giving them a better deal rather than only giving new customers a good deal. No loyalty reward despite being with them for over 3 years so I left.
