It is ironic that Zendesk, a "customer service" company has some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. The are a poorly run business with unethical business practices. I will never do any business with them again.
Support is terrible
Support is terrible, not helpful at all, they have no idea what they are doing. Once trial ends, they cancel the account, losing data and no option to subscribe anymore. Need to call support who is absolute useless.
Organization and scale
We are currently a team of 6 analysts who use Zendesk on a daily basis. What impresses me most about the platform is its ability to organize the activities of our support project, serving more than 3,000 users and centralizing everything in a single environment.
With a clean and intuitive interface, it's possible to build a unified management, integrated with channels such as WhatsApp and Facebook.
The most interesting thing is that by analyzing the data using the Explore reporting feature, I can generate valuable insights for developing new products and business opportunities
CSM and CX are to be reviewed over there
In the company I worked at we are using Zendesk and Klaus (now Zendesk QA).
While the experience for Zendesk itself is fine, the one for Zendesk QA is aweful!!!
First of all their system isn't user friendly and they recently doing changes without warning nor beta test : Results = latancy + function broken.
I opened a ticket for latency after doing basic TS. After 10 days of back and forth with their cc I just dropped it, they are incompetent (except 2 people Melani and Miguel).
Worst we have an account manager ? She just doesn't give a shit. She goes on trip without putting OOO message, replies like every blue moon ...
I really do not recommend them at all.

No reply from Zendesk financial team for a week and a half - they said a week and a half ago that they are checking on our invoice and then disappeared. We have sent 5 email replies since then with no acknowledgment whatsoever. Zendesk (#13526878).

So they sent me an email asking was i satisfied with their customer service. I replied no i’m not satisfied with their customer service so this is an update to my previous post, I would give now a minus 4 stars if I could. Please be aware this is a scam site
Frustration!!
Their own customer support is beyond frustrating. And this is a company that is selling customer support as a service! Avoid at all cost - especially now that there is ample alternatives in the market.

Zendesk, the AI only support company charging real human prices. If you need assistance with Zendesk and AI is not able to resolve your issue or answer the question, no one with any element of human intelligence will ever see or touch your inquires. I wouldn't want to use this service for free, never mind continue to pay for a support company that has literally no concept of what the word means. Very excited to explore other options with my organization as I am wildly confident that each and every one will offer a vast improvement on this black hole of engagement.

Warning .This company accessed my credit card without permission and then supplied goods which I never ordered.Despite protracted correspondence, which included return of their products to their designated Florida Warehouse, at an additional cost to me of £20 they have still not re-paid to myself, the original monies totalling £79.90,despite cancellation notice issued by themselves.

Well, some of the best of us are food sometimes and animals and coins that’s an app. Most you probably have heard of they fooled me too. They got me they got me. I made it. They got me basically because of the lady I spoke about before name, Michelle, I won’t say her last name, but she is account manager for the company or I should say the app animals and coins she bamboos with me she told me a sweet story get a couple of cool things and fool me in the believing that they were good people and they’re not they’re really greedy people if you ever Read up about the seven deadly sins her as well as her company are so in tune with the seven deadly sin agree now I won’t go into it. ‘ cause it’s not a biblical testimony it’s just facts. Agree is something that not only affects the people that they take from it builds a spirit within them. That’s one of the most hateful and demonic Entities one could hold within them and I will say Michelle Erickson she’s terrible. She told me a bunch of stuff she sent me some in app gifts such as energy, which is what makes the game goal for you to continue to play, but none of it compares to the thousands of dollars that I may have forked into the game let alone other people have forked into the game And that is nothing compared to what they make so mind you she gave me I believe 50,000 and energy which accumulates to about $20 let’s be real OK. I have receipts through Apple that I put into this game that accumulates over $1000 to time not that much time but through time and you don’t even see it when you doing it and when I posted those receipts is the only time that she reacted And contacted me prior to that not one email was ever answered. There was nothing she ever did to try to explain the process so furthermore, I got more involved into some of the groups that were involved with animals and coins, and they had a platform set up and there’s so much unhappiness in those groups. There was a girl that said she couldn’t pay for her daughters diapers because of this game now don’t get me wrong. I do believe people should not spend money on things that they know they can’t afford, but let me ask you this. When was it ever a video game of any kind of mobile game that was so expensive that it prevented you from buying diapers for your child now you understand what I’m saying this is what they created. This is a cash Cow and they’re fully in on it and they could care less about you me or anybody else and how much money is being spent so again when you think of the seven deadly sins read up on the one they call greed this is a perfect example of who these people are now Michelle she played a role of an angel ultimately she was Eve and with that being said, she has well trained and finally tuned her customer service people to not give a hell either and she doesn’t and they don’t and they will be disrespectful and every way you email them once too many times they will block you from email. They’ll never receive your emails and they are ripping people off. The game is so subjective you buy these game apps to get energy to keep the game going, but the game is set up in a way to where they continually don’t give you things throughout the game to keep the energy going the energy source going so you continually having to buy and buy and buy and buy you’d have to play the game to understand what I’m saying, but there’s things that you can get within the game that will increase your energy source. You don’t have to buy it all the time, but you’re not privy to receive those things throughout the game so you gotta continue to buy because a long time ago is through these apps prime opinion is one of the apps that pushes this game is to get to certain levels to be able to win money to get the money back you spent you never get there. You never get to the point of getting your money back even when you restart levels, you’re so far away from getting the money you spent that you could never catch up and that’s exactly the way this game is staged and set up for you to lose I can guarantee you this game is probably about a half $1 billion entity because you take it for what it is it probably has over 50,000 users and for the most part 80 to 85% of these people have spent over $1000 on game participation you do the math and this person Michelle lied to me face lie about why the game is set the way it is and how you will be guaranteed to win in this game and I have met no one at least 50 people I’ve spoken to personally no one that has got a dollar back on what they spent agree this is the sinful deceitful game and the people that decided it and the people that run it are just a sinful deceitful do not be me. I am having the same problems as Katie Yoder. I can't assign a role to a new agent as system says we have used all available seats. It says we only have 5 seats, but we pay for 6!! No one is responding to support tickets. Absolutely appalling service.

This company is working with RICHIE GAMES....they send a message after you request a payout from the game ...2-3 days for your payout......Feb 27th...still no payout...contact them they BOT the same response with date from Feb 27th...their support is a BOT NIGHTMARE and never get an answer....this company is scamming like RICHIE GAMES is now...Shame these were both rather honest and have turned to scams and garbage
