Got refunded €180 in-store to Carte d'Avoir / gift card, but it doesn't work. Customer Services chat cutt of three times. no assistance told to go through the app which also doesn't work in France! standard french customer services! Unable to access the €180 credit! No assistance!
The worst online and telephone customer service I've ever experienced from any company. I don't usually write reviews but this is beyond a joke. Classic.
Terrible customer service and communication between the delivery company and the warehouse. Impossible to get through or resolve issues promptly. Avoid in favour of better customer service elsewhere.

I was advised to order the Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone Paving for the front of my house. I explained that it would be a high-traffic area where bins are kept.
I was sold Stone Grey GftK vdw 850 joint mortar for £131.00. It turns out that this is a really messy grout to work with, which stains the Sandstone with its tiny particles that have seeped all over the paving stones.
I was not advised to buy a sealant. So I now have grease marks on my brand-new doorstep from some clumsy takeaway delivery driver.
And it turns out that the high-porous Sandstone is actually a really bad idea for a high-traffic area!
After spending £££ on getting the front of our house done, I now have to deal with a high-maintenance paving stone that won't age well.
Not impressed with the advice given or the products sold to me.

It's essential to note that in your initial enquiry via WhatsApp, you expressed your interest in purchasing Kandla Grey Sandstone. We did not advise you on this choice, it was a product you found on our website independently. Also, while you informed us that it was for a front-of-house project, there was no mention of it being a high-traffic area.
Regarding the Stone Grey GFTK vdw 850 joint mortar, this is a product we have been selling for over a decade with minimal issues. The majority of problems we encounter are related to insufficient water application during the grout's installation, which can lead to particles seeping onto the sandstone. We always recommend following our guidelines and instructions to ensure a successful application.
We are genuinely sorry to hear about the grease marks from the takeaway delivery, and we provided advice on using oil ex and Rust ex to assist with removing rust markings. During this consultation you made us aware that you were of the belief your landscapers would be sealing the material post installation. Unless we are notified that the area is high traffic/activity , then usually we would say that Kandla Grey Sandstone does not require sealing. This was the last correspondence we have had with you until this review has been posted.
We understand your concerns about the porous nature of the sandstone. Different types of sandstone have varying levels of porosity and maintenance requirements. Kandla Grey is considered less porous than smooth sandstone, but it is essential to factor in its maintenance needs based on its usage.
