Fantastic range of products and spare accessories, with super-fast delivery! I absolutely love my Nutribullet and was devastated when I accidentally damaged the blade and cup by leaving a metal spoon in my smoothie mixture. Fortunately, I found the full range of spare parts on the website at great prices and with the fastest delivery ever. Well done Nutribullet for looking after existing customers with first class after sales service - and not just focusing on new customers.

Product hasn’t materialised
Ordered over a week ago, money has left my account but no confirmation email and Evri tracking link still says they’re awaiting the parcel. Contacted customer services but no response. Disappointing as I thought the product looked good and it was purchased as a gift.

I purchased a Nutribullet to start making healthy smoothies for my family and I. The ordering process was quick and simple, delivery was on the correct day and fast.
The smoothies are quick and easy to make, they also taste lovely.
The Nutribullet its self is small, it comes with various lids and cups. It’s a good enough size to pop in your cupboard without taking up too much space. The smoothing process is a little noisy but it’s ok. It’s a fast little power house.
The price did not leave your bank account screaming at you.
I would recommend the Nutribullet.

Next day delivery, it's been 10 days...
Ordered with the next day delivery option as our existing blender broke - it has been 10 days and no sign of it. Wasn't dispatched for 6 days and the last 3 days Evri have just recorded an unspecified 'unable to deliver'.
Update - they recalled the first delivery and sent a new one out with a different courier which arrived, so the customer service is good at least.

I was overwhelmed with the very kind gentleman on the phone! I called Nutribullet to ask if the 2 year warranty on my new juicer is automatically applied or if I have to register it. He kindly advised me that since I bought it directly from Nutribullet that the 2 year warranty is automatically applied. I then asked if they sell parts, specifically the ‘food pusher’ because I put it in the dishwasher and unfortunately the food pusher is not suitable for the dishwasher. i mentioned that I could not find the part on their website. He then confirmed my address with me and said I should receive the spare part soon. I was so pleased and very appreciative. The next day, I received the food pusher. One very happy customer here. Thank you very much!
