RocketNode is an excellent hosting company. I’ve been using their services for about two years, and any issues I’ve encountered have mostly been on my end — but their support team has always been quick and helpful.

I highly recommend RocketNode if you’re looking for reliable game hosting or a VPS. I’ve personally used both their VPS for hosting FiveM and their game hosting for Euro Truck Simulator 2, and both have worked flawlessly.

They work tirelessly fixing every issue we have

Honestly i was looking for a good hosting site a while ago and a friend of mines recommended me this and ever since i tried it it was way better than zap and many others..

Had a small Issue with the database Not loading but got it fixed straight away

This hosting has a lot of mods that don’t work customer service doesn’t not help would recommend this hosting to anyone sorry

responded immediately and fixed the issue

response time is too long and my server got nuked and wasn't getting any updates or responses

For a couple of days I was having problems with my FiveM server and I had no idea what was going on, and I knew it was not from any bugs, so I created technical ticket with RocketNode and then waited a bit after explaining my problems with showing evidence from what was happening and then, they said to chill for a bit while they worked, and after awhile it was fixed by a small mistake that I would have never seen at all. So I'd like to say thank you RocketNode with helping me once again. Thank you Clara Fernandes

to be honest i didnt change anything and started having issues

Clara helped me reinstall my files to start my server again. Clara made the instructions very clear and easy to follow and understand.

Great customer service. I had an issue with my database and they helped me fix it fast and efficiently. Would recommend to all friends and family!
