Ordered 1st December on the black Friday buy 4 get 4 free deal, and still not received.
No Response to emails, just radio silence. Yet they are still selling, advertising with promises of being dispatched in 48 Hours
This was my first time ordering and will be my last.
Have reported the problem with Klarna as the next payment is nearly due and i have nothing to show for it

Been waiting since the 1st december for the order and still says its processing, recieved an update from the service support rep Emma saying they are working on the order mentioning patience meanwhile still recieving emails promoting to buy more from TSR. Your company clearly has no idea how to treat customers and the fact you didnt mention when the order will be dispatched shows how much your logistics is a complete failure. Guys dont waste your time buying from these lot!

Very 1st order placed a week ago. Paid for delivery charges which says it will arrive 2 to 3 days. It has not been shipped yet. Very disappointed and not ordering again with them.

Order still not arrived i ordered on the 28th of November and my order still hasn't arrived, fobbed off by customer services with a load of rubbish twice.
10 days and waiting
Ordered on the 1st December - chased this up on 7th December as still had no info about it being dispatched
The following day I received this message “ We sincerely apologise for the delay with your order. We had sent an email to all customers advising of the delays, and we are sorry if this notification didn't reach you.”
It’s a joke to to imply that they advised of delays when they haven’t, and may other reviews also demonstrate this.
If you havnt got the stock don’t sell it! - many items was showing out of stock, so there is no reason ordered should be delayed.
Don’t offer a sale if you cant meet the demand.
They clearly are out of their depth and have damaged their reputation with this shambles.
Avoid! Order not even dispatched 2 weeks later

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been dispatched. I emailed customer services and received a generic response saying that “We had sent an email to all customers advising of the delays, and we are sorry if this notification didn't reach you” which it seems is the case for all their customers.
I sent a follow-up email to see when they planned on dispatching my order and have received no response. I was told my items would arrive in 2-3 days when I ordered, it’s 2 weeks later and they haven’t even been shipped.
Definitely starting to feel like I’ve been scammed, I’d advise people to avoid this company at all costs.
Order elsewhere
Like all the other reviews ordered on the 30th November, still no dispatch if the shipping was free I wouldn’t mind. But having the cheek to charge for shipping and false advertising all over their website promising same day dispatch I have took screenshots and I will be reporting them. Contacted customer service who were useless basically told their busy fob off. Yet they are still sending promotional emails trying to get people to place more orders. How about send out the orders that are already placed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Damaged and missing items! Ignore your emails...
Poor communication from the start, finally received my order, opened the package to find 1 of the 4 perfume boxes damaged and the so called free 30ml perfume was missing.
I emailed someone called Angel who I had previously had an email from to express my disappointment, never received a response!
Maybe think about packaging your products more carefully with more protection in the delivery box other than a little bit of brown paper that did nothing when posting out and responding to your customer's when they have an issue.
I I explained to Angel in my email,this purchase was supposed to be a gift for someone but won't be gifting the damaged one...😔

I sent three emails and got no reply to any of them. They said - we’ll reply in 24 hr…
I understand everything — even production issues — but the silence clearly shows that you don’t care about your customers.
We’ll remember that in the future.
Still no order after 2 weeks
I am fuming at this point ordered the 29th of November still no order or traking details confirmed i have contacted all I keep gettin is the same were busy delayed in order or appologies we sent out an email with delays no you did not as I csn see from rest of reviews we are getting fobbed off it 2 weeks until Christmas and people aren't receiving the items yet ordered well on advance. Not good enough

Always been recommended by friends to use as they’ve never had issues. I left it a week (8th) until I decided to email regarding the whereabouts of my order as I haven’t even had an email to say it’s been dispatched. The money has been taken, I don’t believe they have sent emails out to anyone regarding this delay because going through these reviews everyone is also unaware and dealing with the same issues. I understand it’s a busy time of the year, but I’ve had little to no communication. Just “ your order will be dispatched soon we’re sorry if you didn’t receive the message”. Id like to receive an update or just a refund so I can try another place to get perfume before Christmas.

Missing and damaged items - being ignored
I placed an order 2 and a half weeks ago. One item arrived damaged and another didn't arrive at all.
I spoke to customer service who advised replacements were on the way (via Royal Mail 24 hour shipping). This was 2 weeks ago and the order hasn't even been dispatched.
I got back in touch with customer service two days ago who claimed orders are delayed and I had been notified (I hadn't, and surely mine should be prioritised anyway since they messed up??).
I replied asking them to rectify ASAP and have since been ignored.
