I was happy with VCC, it was simple & seemed efficient until I had a problem with my cheque. They have not responded to my emails & do not answer the phone. Caused me a lot of anxiety & wouldn't trust again

I sent off my items three weeks ago and they acknowledged receipt. Since then I have heard nothing and no one ever gets back to you. Fobbed off every time I call. No one cares. Please don’t waste your time. Look elsewhere to sell your items

Fast service. Pleased with the amount received

I was pleased with the price offer I received. However I emailed twice with queries and despite receiving automatic acknowledgement replies saying I would get an answer in 2 days I have never received replies despite checking junk box too. They were happy to bombard me with emails reminding me to send my items but not happy to respond to queries. I did not find this helpful and necessitated a lot of extra work on my behalf trying to locate answers. It did not inspire confidence in the company which is sad when their actual response to the box of things was fast and payment immediate. Please provide a better response

Contacted them a while ago and they arranged a telephone appointment to discuss what they do and what they will accept etc. Had multiple emails on the run up to the telephone appointment including yesterday to remind me. Unfortunately they failed to ring during the appointed hour slot. Just got an email and saw a missed call 2 hours late. Phoned back and you get an ai bot. Probably the worst service I have had from a company that want my business. If this is how they treat customers before they do business then I would hate to see how they treat customers afterwards. I would advise to steer clear.

Wow! What a great company to deal with, the process is easy, they send prepaid postage labels, communication all the way through the process was great and our offer was amazing, for old stuff just stuck in cupboard I was very happy with our offer and the money was in our bank the same day

I have used Vintage Cash Cow several times, as I have just lost my wife and I needed to tidy up the house. I had collected an assortment of items over the years and Vintage Cash Cow made it very easy to re-home items l had no use for any more. I was very surprised to find how much I was offered for everything.
