My first time in Paris and I did a tour with Keara from Sandeman and I have learnt a lot about the City of Paris. She made the tour quite entertaining and we all had some laughs. Very expressive and although it was quite chilly and windy, everyone was enjoying it very much all thank you to Keara.

Thank you very much for such a lovely time.

Lena was a fabulous guide. Her enthusiasm for showing us the city she adores shone through. Each stop revealed a new piece of information about the history, places and characters of Barcelona. I really recommend this tour.

I did a tour of Brussels yesterday in Spanish with Isabel, a very knowledgeable guide who briefed us on the most important spots in the city, choosing the interesting, the appealing and fun facts, in a kind, very friendly way, for three memorable hours.

We had a great guide, Alberto, who made the tour very enjoyable. He was so knowledgeable and entertaining. We had a very comprehensive journey around the center of Paris and even the children found him interesting and fun. I would highly recommend requesting Alberto for your next visit.

Reservé un free walking tour (que aunque es free, para reservar me cobraron 5€ por persona) en Amsterdam. Llegamos 10 minutos tarde y el tour no había comenzado aún. Cuando llegamos, me dirijo al guía y me dice que ya ha llenado el cupo. Le comento que yo había reservado y que eso me aseguraba la plaza. Y asumía que habia gente que no ya que sino no entiendo cómo tenian overbooking. No me hizo caso y me dijo que reclamara para que me devolvieran el dinero. Lo hice y nunca tuve respuesta. He enviado varios correos, puesto mensajes en sus redes sociales y solo conseguí que me contestaran de manera incierta sobre lo ocurrido. Les volví a responder y nada. A su vez, estando en Amsterdam, hablamos con otros free tours y no podían creer lo que nos habian hecho alegando que era una estafa claramente ya que al pagar, ellos tienen que guardarme el sitio. A pesar de ser algo extraño dado que es un FREE WALKING TOUR. En fin, un DESASTRE de empresa la verdad. No he parado de no recomendarla a pesar de haber hechos desde hace varios años sus tours por todo Europa.

We had our tour (April 2021) cancelled due to COVID restrictions. We were asked to take a voucher rather than a refund which we accepted at the time.
We have no plans to travel abroad since it was cancelled and have asked to get a refund of the voucher. I have emailed on several occasions and been ignored, I have written to the address listed at Companies House for it to be returned by Royal Mail so it seems even the listed head office address isn’t real! Total rip off company, would never use them again. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Took the London free walking tour. Amazing guide, knowledgeable and the experience all together was wonderful. You only tip based on your experience so it's all on you. Great concept and would highly recommend to everyone

This tour company is abysmal. They didn't respond to my question for over a month. However, they were quick to message when the tour was cancelled due to not meeting the minimum number of tourists. I sent a response asking if there were alternative dates or time slots that I could join, but they didn't respond. Their communication is shocking!!

David from Australia gave us a wonderful experience for the Harry Potter JK Rowling guide. He's gave us a very interesting time knowing the author and some history about Edinburg. Thank you.

Went on a free tour of Brussels with Fraser and it was the best tour we’ve ever had. He was full of humor and history and happy to tell us the best places to go for whatever we were in the mood for. One of his recs was one of our best meals. He truly helped to connect us to this beautiful city while learning so much in a fun way. Tour lasted 3 hours but could not of had a better time. Do not hesitate to book a tour with Fraser, he really made our day so much more memorable!! ( and we’ve done about 5 other city tours…. Never left a review) He’s just that great!!

We booked a free guided walking tour in Jerusalem and received confirmation by email. However, the guide never showed up. We would appreciate at least to be informed about the cancellation per email so we could plan our day otherwise. We like the concept, but not the execution.

I had free walking tours and paid tours during my Europe trip. The guides were absolutely fantastic. Especially the one in Berlin and Prague, both Spanish speakers (if I recall well, the boy in Berlin was from Argentina and the girl in Prague from Mexico). You can tell they love thir jobs. I really enjoyed the dinamic of the free walking tours. Totally recommend Sandemans.

HORRIBLE! AWFUL! OUR TOUR-GUIDE DID NOT SHOW UP! THEY SCAMMED US!
My experience with this company was awful. We had booked a tour in Edinburgh and we even paid in advance so that we were sure that we would get it. The day where we were supposed to meet our guide and get a beautiful tour through Edinburgh, we were basically robbed. They scammed us. It is not okay. We paid money for this tour and for the tour-guide but no one showed up. No tour-guide showed up, even though we had paid for it already. This is bad service.
After no one came, we tried calling both the tour-guide and the company - no one answered.

They did not show up

It was a really bad experience because the stupid ass guide didnt show up and then we couldnt contact the Company so i wouldnt recommend at all.
Dont waste your money on this because its not worth it at all
