Bad Packaging and Customer Service
I purchased a scarf as a Christmas gift for a dear friend. I expected this scarf to be nicely presented and delivered as it is not inexpensive. She received my gift and the box it was in was completely smashed and torn. I am so embarrassed. She probably thinks I got her some cheap scarf. I wrote to Ovcio and they basically had nothing to say. I am mortified. It was my first and only purchase from them. Very disappointed.

This is the third scarf I’ve got in. My girlfriend has ordered about six. They’re so warm and long and you can make many configurations out of the one scarf. It’s very versible.

I bought this Beige Effortless Vest and it’s soft and comfy, which I love. The style is nice, but the fit wasn’t as flattering on me as I hoped. Still good for casual wear, just not amazing for the price.
