A frequent complaint of Anglo-Saxon orientated persons is the poor quality of customer service offered by French businesses. Aramisauto is a glowing exception and offers customer service of a world beating standard.
We found the knowledge, experience and helpfulness of the Aramisauto team (Poitiers) to be outstanding and not one aspect of our purchase of a new car fell below our expectations. Every task which fell to Aramisauto was quickly and efficiently executed and any action required of us was clearly stated and explained.
We would unhesitatingly recommend Aramisauto to any prospective purchaser of a new car.

We understand your frustration, but it seems there might be a misunderstanding. The number plate FD-887-RN belongs to a vehicle we sold. However, we are solely the company that sold the car, and we are not involved in its operation or any services provided by the current owner.
It's possible you saw our company's name on the license plate frame or another part of the vehicle, which led to the confusion. We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience, but unfortunately, we have no control over how the vehicle is used after it's been sold.
We recommend trying to identify the actual company or individual who provided the service you received.

Good buying experience, bad customer service
I bought a used car there. The communication and the whole selling process were amazing, up to the delivery. Then I complained to Aramis about a few flaws and issues that were not listed in the ad. They waited until the 30 days were over, and then replied to me they were sorry but this is how it is. Very disappointed, this is not customer friendly at all!

I am glad to share my experience with Aramisauto, I am new to France and does not speak any French yet, hence purchasing a vehicle can be very tricky. I contacted Aramisauto over the web but I had many doubts in my mind as I had to make a payment of 30k+ Euros for a vehicle I have never seen!!!
However I should mention that I was assisted by "Ms. Gloria FOTI '' from day 1 until the vehicle delivery day, even for after sales queries, her assistance was remarkable and I was able to build my confidence. I have to say that without her I could never purchase such a vehicle online. I thank her specially for her patience as I had too many questions over the email conversation. She even responded to me during weekends and she is a very good asset to the Aramisauto team.
I received the vehicle in very good condition and was really happy with it. Never thought I would ever purchase a car online :-)
