Beware, there are extra costs!

I purchased a product that cost $100, then they charged me a $50 delivery fee. Five days later, I received a message from the delivery service saying I had to pay an additional $68 for tariffs. Beware, there are extra costs this website doesn’t tell you about upfront. After spending close to $200 to receive the product, they sent me something that’s about to expire. Definitely not worth your time or money. I do not recommend this company.

Scammers

I'm still waiting for my refund for January. They still haven't shipped the item or refunded my money. They keep saying it's a payment gateway issue. This has been going on for eight months and I've lost $200. Beware of these scammers.

This company should be giving a zero stars , because I've never used this company , they're just charging random people, including myself , random amounts, here and there , occasionally, but it adds up. The question is how to convince the banks , that this is a scam organization , it's probably mob or gang related , because there is high crime in Brazil.

Fast shipping , products are not damaged .

After reading reviews I got worried and emailed them, they replied right away , that my order is being processed. 3 days after that I received tracking number and today got my product. I ordered on may 4 and on may 12th it was delivered. I’m from Canada . Thank you 🙏

I’ve been a loyal customer for almost two years and was always happy with your service. Unfortunately, lately there have been issues — it’s taking far too long to prepare and ship orders. My recent orders took 1–2 weeks just to be packed, and because of this, I’m losing my own clients. I’m really disappointed and hope things improve soon:(

Numerous fraudulent charges from this…

Numerous fraudulent charges from this company going back months. Never heard of them before and didn't notice the charges right away as they were all under $20 and labelled "store" under my son's card. Diving deeper online with the credit card provider's portal (i actually had to click each transaction) i could see each had the "buybrazil" logo, though labelled as a restaurant charges with different originating locations. The scam goes back for months.

I had a bad experience with this online…

I had a bad experience with this online store. The website itself is very well made and inspires trust at first glance. On January 12, 2025, I purchased products from them for a total of $162.

After two weeks, the order status still said “confirmed and about to be shipped,” but that wasn’t the case. On January 24, I received an email informing me that my payment had been blocked by Stripe and that they were trying every day to get information to resolve the issue.

I contacted them multiple times via WhatsApp, and each time they replied with the same excuse—that my payment was blocked and they were working on fixing it.

Long story short, more than two months have passed, and they keep saying the same thing. I can say it’s my fault for not researching them better—like reading all the bad reviews in their name! If I could, I would give them zero stars!

Unreliable service

I bought 2 month ago a product from them. They said they have a problem with their gateway company so they didn’t receive the money. My money has been deducted from my account. I processed the order from them so if they had an internal issue with payments they should be responsible and send the product that I paid for and fix their own internal issues as a company. 2 months after no refund or product. Unacceptable service!!.

Unfortunately, this store is not reliable. They promise worldwide shipping, but I've been waiting for over 2 months for a product that never arrived. I have written to them multiple times, but I never received any response. Now, I have requested a refund, and surprise! Nobody answers or seems to care. I will have to get a lawyer to hold these people accountable.

This company has frauded my bank account

I havent ever heard of this company or their products yet i have a 33 dollar charge on my bank statement from "Buy Brazil Store". I have tried to reach out to customer support to ask them how they got my information and if maybe they sell on another platform or something but nope. All searches lead to buy brazil store somehow charging my bank account. Until I saw the transaction on my banking i had never even HEARD of this buy brazil store. So be careful. If these people are working with other stores to fraud people im sure im not the only one who has had one of these charges. What I don't understand is how these tricksters even got my information in the first place in order to be able to do this. This time 33 dollars...whats next BBS? How much more are you going to steal from me?? This is ridiculous. Please everyone check ur bank statements and if you have never heard of these guys and have a charge from them, i URGE you. Please report these scammers. Thanks all :)
