Fairly fast and easy to setup. Happy to update the review once I’ve been able to set up the backend because MS has been unhelpful for the last week.

My experience with Dynadot has been nothing short of exceptional. The platform offers a clean, intuitive interface and powerful tools that make managing and purchasing domain names seamless and professional.
What impressed me the most was their customer support team – highly professional, responsive, and patient. They provided clear, practical solutions every step of the way, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring.
Without a doubt, Dynadot deserves 5 stars and more for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy domain management platform, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned professional. Highly recommended!

Before transferring my domains to this registrar, I specifically asked their technical support whether I would receive marketing emails despite unsubscribing from them. As we all know, many companies send marketing emails even after users unsubscribe. The support team assured me that they are a reputable company and do not engage in such practices. I registered on their website, unchecked the newsletter subscription box, verified in my account that I was not subscribed to any mailings, and then transferred my domain. However, the very next day, I received an email asking me to rate them on Trustpilot! The email itself stated, "This review invitation email was sent to you by dynadot.com, using the Trustpilot platform." When I clicked the unsubscribe link, I was directed to the Trustpilot website. This means they are using my email on a third-party site. If subscribing and unsubscribing from mailings happens on Trustpilot’s website, it implies my email is in Trustpilot’s database. Initially, they denied this, but later admitted that my email is indeed in Trustpilot’s database. Moreover, it’s impossible to simply change or remove my email from Trustpilot! I can only disable the mailings, but if you want to change your email, you have to contact Trustpilot. However, Trustpilot never responds. They barely even update their social profiles (their Facebook hasn’t been active since 2022). Additionally, there’s an option to disable mailings either for Dynadot specifically or for "Review invitations from all companies. Allow companies to email you asking for a review in Trustpilot." This means they’ve shared my email with other companies registered on Trustpilot for general use!
The most important issue is that this company clearly does not care about the privacy and confidentiality of its users. If Dynadot cannot fulfill its obligations and keep its promise on something as simple as email subscriptions, how can I trust them with my data and domains? Who knows who they’re sharing their customers' personal information with? They say and promise one thing, but in reality, it’s completely different. I will soon transfer my domain to another registrar.

One of the best registrars I have used. Many options for account security, including support for security keys. Among the least expensive providers offering registry lock for .com domains

Terrible technical support and service. They lure you in with very attractive promises. But everything changes drastically right after transferring the domain to them. I strongly advise against dealing with this company.

Friendly service. I only quit because there is no need for using my car very rarely.

I liked the friendly and the service you're offering for those would like to join the digital product buying and selling.
The things I don't like was most of the time, I didn't find the domain I used to prefer and I struggled if there's away to insert new acceptable domains .
