I'm now waiting for my second dose. The only improvement I would suggest is offering written communication in English, which would make the process even more accessible for non-Dutch speakers.

Serious Concerns About Authenticity
My order arrived in one week, which is not acceptable for medication that must be kept refrigerated. The cooling pouch is also expired!!
I also have serious doubts about the authenticity of the product: the pen was delivered without the box or the official manufacturer's instructions—why? The barcode on the pen is unreadable... This is very worrying.

Regarding the temperature of your delivery: please rest assured that all our medications are shipped in heat-resistant packaging equipped with cooling elements. These have been specially developed to keep the contents at the right temperature for several days during transit.
Concerning the date on the cooling packs: this is not an expiration date in the traditional sense. These gel packs are not intended for consumption and are simply required by EU regulation to display a date. Even after that date, they still serve their purpose effectively—unless visibly damaged or torn, they can be reused or frozen for such shipping purposes without issue.
As for the missing manufacturer box and leaflet: to maintain our own branding, we remove the outer packaging. However, the original manufacturer’s product and safety information is always available via the QR code on the insert. If you had trouble scanning it, please let us know—we’d be happy to send you the instructions directly and assist with reading the code.
Lastly, we want to emphasize that Wellis is a fully licensed and regulated pharmacy in the Netherlands. We only supply original, authentic products. You can verify our official registration via the Dutch government’s website:
