I recently ordered joggers from their app it was the biggest mistake of my life. I bought them on sale and they arrived and they were too big for me, so I requested a refund and got sent a Inpost qr code to return them. I heard nothing from Jaded London in this time but as the joggers were still on sale I repurchased them in the correct size on black friday. The joggers I had previously returned had reached the destination by about last wednesday and I still hadn't heard from Jaded London so I emailed in and it got answered by an ai bot who said "Your order was delivered, but there’s currently no internal confirmation of your return being received or of a refund processed yet" then escalated it to a real person who confirmed the return and started the refund who knows how long I'd have been waiting for the refund if I didnt email in. However today I got an email that the joggers I ordered on black friday we cancelled with no reason stated. So again I emailed in because why was I not told there was a risk of stocks not lasting when I bought them. Again I was answered by an ai bot who told me they'd ran out of stock and that I'd get a full refund and to sign up to be let know when the joggers would come back in stock, which is obviously not what I wanted because who in their right mind would pay £60 for joggers that they had originally bought for £36. I had to email back and forth about for time before reaching Olivia who told me the exact same thing as the ai said so I replied to this email with no response. So I emailed the consumer service ai trying to escalated again and again. Only when I threatened a bad review did I speak to Olivia again who told me "If you were to order this item again, let us know your new order number and we can manually price match and refund you." Now why would I buy these at full price whenever they are back in stock when I'd have to go through hell and back just to reach a real person again who may or may not even price match it and leave me paying full price not to mention I literally cannot afford £60 joggers and shipping. At this point I don't even know why I replied but I asked if I could have a promo code so that I could see the money taken off before buying to which i was obviously ignored again. I am so frustrated with the circumstances and the terrible customer service I would not recommend buying from this place to my worst enemy

Sizing is definitely off.
I ordered 2 pairs of pants - ruched joggers and lace up jeans for Christmas presents. According to the size guide it said my daughter should order a 30, I sized down to a 28 as she usually wears 27-28. The jeans arrived and they are stretchy material and going to be way too big. It took just over 2 weeks for them to arrive. I won't know if I need to send them back until she is home for Christmas which will than be past the 30 day return policy, which looks like I have to pay to return as well. The ruched joggers are a small but are more like M-L and would fit a 6'5" person.

Paid for normal delivery (2-3 days) but was advised that during his periods this could not be guaranteed. The item arrived one week later after the date I needed it. Had the information been made clearer (i.e. at the point of sale and not tucked away in Ts & Cs i would have opted for the more expensive delivery option). What’s more, this isn’t a delivery fee, it’s a picking and packing fee, since Evri delivered the item within two days of it being dispatched. Clearer information and the foresight to hire extra staff during busy periods would be great.

The pants arrived but there is one small hole. The pants are very long. I took size L for my height of 186 and they turned out to be even longer.

Jaded ldn have one of the best customer service teams I've seen. I was sent a faulty item but the issue was very minor and I got refunded 50% they also send refunds very promptly and have paid returns through Inpost. Great quality items and reliable refunds.

I placed an order with jaded London on November 21st. I got an email saying my order arrived December 3rd at 11:30pm. My package was no where to be found. I have asked everyone in my house and my neighbors, no one has seen my package. I’ve reached out to jaded London twice and have gotten no response. I spent $780 on clothes that I never received.

Really disappointed with the return experience, the dress is way too big although I followed the size guide, it doesn’t have a possibility of exchange, which is fine yet i am still disappointed, but it costs 12€ for return, in addition of the expensive shipping price

I recommend they should use a different delivery company rather than EVRI.
