Will not deal with anyone using this company
Data harvesting company who is circulating personal information.
Attempting to remove information has been unsuccessful.

Getting woken up again at night after 4 GDPR SARS and right to be forgotten requests.
What this company seem to do is sell their data base to other Israel company L.S MOBILE APPS HOLDINGS LTD, so as soon as you wait through 30 days of phone calls, they buy back your details and start selling it again!
Now when anyone cold calls I ask where they get the number and if they bought it from Lusha I'm black listing their company. We've fired an existing business partner who didnt know we were a client for working with Lusha because I hate the practice so much of harassing people.
A truly unforgettable experience with Lusha
If you ever wondered what it feels like to have your personal data “discovered” by a company you never interacted with, Lusha provides that experience with exceptional efficiency. Out of all the firms I never gave my email to, this one stands out by proudly informing me that they process my data anyway.
Their commitment to gathering and circulating information without consent is truly remarkable — a masterclass in how to turn GDPR into an abstract concept rather than a legal obligation. And the best part? They do it proactively, without troubling you with anything as outdated as “permission”.
I would especially like to thank Lusha for reminding me how valuable my privacy is. Few companies manage to deliver such clarity.
A memorable encounter. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys being surprised by who exactly has their data today.
Unethical liars
The salesman on the phone said their database is GDPR-compliant - such lies. I'm changing my phone number asap! Can't wait for you to get slapped with a class action lawsuit.
Data mining company focused on spam…
Data mining company focused on spam advertising and selling data they do not own. Total scam and untrustworthy
Likely breaking UK data protection law
Likely breaking UK data protection law. Contacted by someone today on my private phone number who advised they bought it from this company. Never even heard of this organisation before but clearly they have harvested my private information most likely unlawfully from somewhere.

I am absolutely furious with my experience on Lusha. In my personal experience, they have been handling my information in ways that I am not okay with, and trying to get it removed has been a complete nightmare.
Their so-called “opt-out” process has been impossible to complete — the form never loads, emails bounce back as undeliverable, and there is no reliable way to contact anyone who actually responds. It feels intentionally difficult, and as someone from the EU, this is completely unacceptable.
I do NOT want my personal details stored on servers outside the EU, and yet I’m stuck with no working way to have my information removed. The whole process feels opaque, frustrating, and frankly disrespectful to people trying to protect their privacy.
To anyone in the EU or anyone who cares about data protection: be extremely cautious.
If you ever find your information listed there, you may have a very hard time getting it taken down.
Lusha: I want my information removed IMMEDIATELY. Fix your removal process, make it actually accessible, and stop making people jump through broken hoops just to protect their own privacy.
Support is none existent
Support is none existent. Been trying to ask some questions relating to my CSV enrichment and just get completely ignored as a paying customer.
Spammers
I received an email from Lusha telling me that they had harvested my email address (though didn't tell me where they found it) and would use it to sell on to other companies so that they could spam me.
All this was without my consent.
It may be legal (some of the loopholes in GDPR are wide enough to sail an aircraft carrier through) but it is definitely sleazy and immoral.
Illegally using my data and telling clients i'm someone else
I didn't consent to giving my contact details and they've attached it to someone else with the same name. Not only are they scraping data and illegally using it they're not even giving the right contact details for the profiles you think you're engaging. Piece of crap.

Do not removed your information even after requested. Using my personal information, not work info.
I will be raising a complaint with ICO.
I will NEVER work with ANY sales person who got my information through a website like this, which is how I expect lots of other people feel too. Any company using this website to call me automatically gets added to a blacklist, not sure why anyone still pays them.
Another to add to the list of unhappy…
Another to add to the list of unhappy people. I had a call on my PERSONAL MOBILE asking if i wanted Solar Panels at work. The chap was open enough to say that they get there contacts through Lusha who take them from LinkedIn! Surely this is a complete breach of GDPR & this company should be investigated!
Lusha is not to be trusted
Lusha is a dodgy organisation, with unscrupulous tactics for obtaining personal contact information that is not in the public domain. They are not to be trusted, and I would NEVER do business with any ocmpany that gets data from this parasitic company.
Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers! They charge me without giving me the service! Run away!
They sell incorrect information
They sell incorrect information. The information they sell is not verified and will therefor waste your time and cash. Trying to get information corrected is impossible. Save your money and use a reputable company.
Appalling behaviour
Lusha - Remove my details from your system! I am getting a number of calls to my personal number saying you have sold them my details!! REMOVE!! I have not given you permission to give out my details!!
This is an absolutely disgraceful…
This is an absolutely disgraceful company. I have been subjected to a relentless stream of unsolicited calls because of their actions. They show a blatant disregard for privacy and appear to exploit loopholes to evade GDPR protections. I never requested any of this, yet they now expect me to opt out of something I never agreed to in the first place. I have no trust whatsoever in this organisation, which is precisely why I refuse to confirm their SMS two-factor authentication. Their practices raise serious concerns about what they do with people’s data behind the scenes. It is clear that their primary goal is to harvest personal information for profit. I sincerely hope regulators take legal action, impose heavy fines, and shut this company down for its flagrant abuse of consumer rights.
Feeder of information to scam businesses
Next time you get a scam call, ask them where they got your number from. Guarantee it’s Lusha.com, absolute bottom feeder business selling cots to details to scammers. Can only hope they go out of business soon. Employees of Lusha should be ashamed of themselves.
Would score them zero if I could
Would score them zero if I could. They have got hold of my personal phone number from somewhere (I have never used it for work purposes) and are now selling it, in clear breached of their, so called, Privacy Policy. I've contacted them to have it removed and been told that will take up to 30 days!
They have stolen my personal phone…
They have stolen my personal phone number from somewhere (it’s not attached to my linkedin or anything for work) and I am getting hundreds of spam sales calls who have informed me they got my details from here. The removal form doesn’t work and there is no direct email or complaints line on the internet.
