This product is a total scam. I bought the so-called “miracle” coloring shampoo believing it was a French brand offering natural ingredients. In reality, the products come from China, with cheap and poorly protected packaging that already raised doubts about the quality.

From the first use, I regretted my purchase: the smell was extremely strong and unpleasant, and it immediately caused a burning sensation on my scalp. The shampoo feels harsh, chemical, and unsafe — nothing “natural” as they advertise. Their marketing is completely misleading.

To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, I discovered their refund policy is just as suspicious as the product itself. They claim to offer a “90-day satisfaction guarantee,” but in reality they refuse refunds if the products have been opened or used — which makes the guarantee meaningless. How can you know if it works or not without trying it?

Overall, I feel cheated and misled. This company hides behind false promises and dishonest policies. I strongly warn others not to waste their money on this scam.
