I purchased a portable hair straightener brush for my Wife as it was a bargain but I canceled the order when I was told that it would not arrive by Christmas. Aaron Bradley ( Support Team) more like the Dream Team were great and reimbursed me immediately. I would definitely recommend the Shop.
Slow shipping and no response from customer service
I can't review the product because I haven't received it yet. I ordered on Nov. 23 and still have not received it as of Dec. 15. I've written to customer service about a week ago and, other than an automatic confirmation, there has been no response. The tracking does not yet tell me when it will be delivered. I may have lost my money.

Steer Clear, terrible company with poor customer service.
So I ordered the go brush for my wife on 16th November and I was advised on the on 4th December I was advised it had been delivered(which it hadn’t. I then had 2nd email 0n 5th December again saying it had been delivered c/w a photograph showing a parcel being handed over outside a door that is nothing like our front door.
After 5 or 6(probably more)emails asking for an update date. I have had no response and it is now 12th December.

Brush faulty no refund replacement offered 30% off buying another
Brush arrived after a couple of weeks, didn’t work fully charged up turned off and wouldn’t work. Contacted company, sent videos and photos they offered me replacement or refund. I accepted asked where I should send back item I have to pay to return it to CHINA although return policy for faulty goods says this is not the case. Weeks go by and I am just getting the run around, no refund no replacement, now I have been offered 30% off a replacement. I have been cheated !
Made purchase order change online
Made purchase online, and after checking I found that I had not changed the ordered to the correct plug. I sent an email through to Numoya requesting a change and it was no trouble for them to amend the order. Taylor Porta sent an email through confirming change. Job well done.

Having made a mistake in my ordering and realising it soon after, I emailed a cancellation. Very soon after I receive notice that the order had been cancelled and my refund deposited in my account.

What I appreciated most was that there wasn’t any plastic overload. Everything inside looked clean and recyclable. It’s small, but it shows they actually think about the planet and not just about selling stuff. Really liked that.

I needed to cancel my order, and did so within a few hours of purchase. I’ve done this with other international companies only to be told CAN’T. Some of those have been within 30 mins of purchase!
So, I really didn’t expect much in cancelling this order with Numoya, but boyyyyy, was I ever wrong!

Amazing Customer Service
My order mistakenly showed two purchases of the styling brush. I contacted customer support and the situation was resolved quickly and easily. I received emails telling that it was corrected, one saying my credit card was credited, and one from Leanne saying that she had taken care of the mixup and all was good. Altogether, amazing service from the team and Leanne in particular. What could have been a painstaking and lengthy process was done within less than one day's time.
